i had them do flowers for my wedding, (bouquet, bridal party, ect.) they were fabulous! my only reservation is that we told them our colors were teal, black, and white...and agreed to add very little purples and greens to make the flowers pop...and they added a ton of purple, and the flower girl's head piece was all purple flowers. they were still beautiful though. but all in all i love them and i will always recommend to anyone read more

My husband purchased flowers for our anniversary. A huge bouquet that was $200 plus with delivery. Within a week the flowers were not opening, and molding. Eight of the ten tulips didn't open at all and were molding and the entire bouquet made my whole house reek. The roses didn't even open, they just drooped and molded. I hadn't even had them a full week before this started to happen. Very disappointed. My husband paid an arm and a leg for decaying/ rotting flowers. He could have bought me 8 dozen roses from Costco and they'd still be alive. The vase the flowers came it was chipped on two sides and had a huge scratch in it. I contacted the company and sent pictures, but because I contacted them a day after it had a been a week since I received them, they couldn't do anything. The pictures I took of the flowers were 6 days into having them, but they still didn't help my case. They asked what they could do since it wasn't with their 7 day "refresh" policy. I said a partial refund to my husbands card. Instead they didn't answer me for 2 days and sent me some more flowers. Not what I asked for. Very disappointed with this company. Advised my husband to not buy from here again. Will advise the many people he works with as well as the many people we know in town to not purchase from them as well... Save your money... A Secret Garden Florist handled the florals for my daughters wedding on 3/16/19. 5 stars simply does not do justice to the incredible arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières and cake decorations provided by this team. They were graceful about last minute additions, and did an unbelievable job of insuring that all of the florals provided tied each area into a consistent theme. Please make sure you check out their Instagram. The pictures are EXACTLY what you can expect to see on the day of your wedding! Aside from perfect flowers we got a level of service that was beyond belief: from the moment she got there Aubrey was a joy. She made sure all was perfection, including ensuring all the men in the wedding party had their flowers attached to withstand the evenings activities. She had to wait a bit for the cake delivery to finish up, and spent that time running all over to get the families flowers delivered without making any grandparents come to her. Not to mention she is just a fun woman to hang with. It hard to believe as you pay for a wedding that you are going to get your moneys worth. Have you ever made a mistake in selecting a florist? Today, I learned that there are good people to help you recover from a mistake like that. I ordered flowers online for a 99th birthday. The online florist called me and said I 1) ordered too late and in the wrong time zone & 2) they do not give refunds for same or next day deliveries (even though they could not perform delivery). So I called a local florist. I got the most genuinely kind woman on the phone. She didn't make fun of me for ordering online and she made a delivery IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! That is amazing. My mistake cost me $$ but I have learned if I ever need flowers in the CA valley I will see if this shop is interested in delivering! Let me start by saying I did not shop here. My car broke down in front of this shop. Aubrey saw that I was having car trouble and offered to help jump the car, she gave my kids and me bottles of water and candy canes, and made sure we had a ride home. She was so caring, hospitable, and welcoming that I couldn't have asked for a better place for my car to breakdown! I paid over a hundred dollars for 1 dozen roses and the arrangement wasn't nice at all and it was cheaply done. There were bald spots where there was nothing. The arranging was poorly done, my 7 yr old could have done a better job. When i call them back they were rude and unaccommodating. I will never buy from them again. read more

At my dad's funeral the flowers that stood out the most came from Secret Garden. The arrangements were gorgeous. The flowers were freshly bloomed and generously packed. I went online to order flowers for Mother's Day. Something happened and POOF my order was gone! I called A Secret Garden and was told that they did not receive my order. I told the lady I would go online that night and place the order. I went online and placed the order and their calendar said the soonest they could deliver it was Monday and this meant that my Mom would not have flowers for Mother's Day. Then about five minutes after I placed the order I got a call asking me if I wanted to have the flowers delivered the day before Mother's Day so my Mom could have her Mother's Day gift. Excellent service and beautiful 'flowers' for an outdoor mountain wedding. Even though this was a relatively last minute order during a busy season (mid June for a July 2 wedding)Pam was easy to work with, listened to what type of floral arrangements we thought we wanted and had excellent suggestions to improve the final product. I ordered flowers for our daughter yesterday morning. We made our selection from their website, based on beauty and colors of the arrangement - not price. It was not the most expensive arrangement, so we did not know what to expect. Our daughter sent pictures of the arrangement, and the flowers were breathtaking. They have some neat stuff but when they couldn't be bothered to answer a question that would have taken less than a minute, I figured they don't deserve my business. I think the floral designer said she would talk to me but the sales clerk was so rude and insistent that they couldn't be bothered I just left. I ordered flowers for a friend. The order was so hidious that I had to go to Costco and buy more flowers to fill in the mess.

I have received flowers from this florist on several occassions, the flowers always die very quickly. When I called today to say the last flowers died in only 5 days she said if I brought the dead flowers in she could do something to replace them but she implied I had probably not cared for them properly. I have gotten lots of flowers over the yeras and I have had some last 2 to 3 weeks . I didn't do anything different for these flowers than I have done for others. read more

Pam is rude and defensive. When I told her that I was not happy with her work she responded by telling me that she is certified by the American Society of Interior Designers and that makes her qualified to design beautiful and quality work. She was so rude to me I told her that I am going to post a review online of what I thought of her work. She responded by telling me to go ahead because the people in Fresno (remarking on that fact that I am from out of town) will continue to give her business. I assure you that the bouquet I got for over $150 was not a quality product for the price and I don't know how being an interior designer makes her qualified to design floral arrangements. When I placed the order for a sympathy bouquet we gave her specific instructions that we wanted it to be partially tropical but the main thing is that the bouquet was full and beautiful even if we had to sacrifice the amount of tropical flowers used. When we received the order she had used all tropical flowers but the bouquet was so skimpy it fit behind an 8x10 photo. I was horrified and embarrassed especially since the $60 bouquet from Avenue of Flowers was twice the size and much fuller and nicer and the $250 tropical bouquet from Franko's (with WAY more tropical flowers than was included in our bouquet) was 3 times the size and much more tasteful and beautiful than what we got. read more
