This guy used metal tools instead of plastic and proceeded to scratch the paint on the doors on my $65,000 new car. He also broke some of the plastic push clips and was just planning on super-gluing them back together and not notifying me of the damage. this is why i always choose to watch someone do work instead of trusting them. My tint also displayed bubbles that never went away. Next time, I'm buying my own tint and doing it myself.

They got our home done within a week of calling and inquiring. They came in and finished the job quickly at a very low cost. I am so happy with their work. I love that they stand behind their work any issues they come back out. I have kids and my girls claim the window had a bubble and they popped it. I called and they said they would come out the next day to check it out and fix the window.

I like that the tint options are on the door so you can see what they look like and if you can see through them. Whenever I get a new to me vehicle, tint is a top priority for me. I usually get the front windows done to match the back and then the dark strip on the front. Usually only takes a couple of hours at most and it's always immaculately put on. Ken's work is the best quality you are going to see for tint! Do know going in that Cool Shades does not offer 5% on the front windows due to current state regulation with that being illegal. You will need to look elsewhere for that service.

Steve agreed to an appointment for this week, which required coordination from the sellers of the home, my relators, and the glass company. After changing the time of the appointment, he showed up at the seller's house over 2 hours later than agreed, after 5pm. He then acted as if he didn't know what he was supposed to do. The seller of the home had to let Steve use their cell phone to discuss what was needed with my realtor, even though it had been agreed upon previously. When my realtor called him out on the phone for his unprofessional behavior, he yelled at her and left without performing the service he agreed to provide. Not only was Steve unpleasant, he did not provide the service needed, and put my closing at risk. Fortunately, my realtor was able to arrange for another company to come out, and within 24 hours, we had what we needed. If you are looking for customer service and follow through, I would not suggest using this company.
