Purchased an inspection for a condo. At the conclusion of the inspection, if I had questions, I was told to read the report. However , the report isn't available until approximately 2 hours later, after you pay for it online. The report, which is over 60 pages, doesn't contain any useful information. It contains mostly disclaimers, a few low resolution pix, and a description of "serviceable," if an item is in working order. Unless you can be on island to do the inspection with them don't go with them. I needed a simple inspection done and ended up being an issue. Barkman inspections is better. The story they portray here is completely false. They told me the inspection was Friday not I. I wanted them to take pictures of the interior and that's all, and they wanted to charge me 125 dollars for it. I thought it was high but I agreed because he promised to do it the next day. They call me later after giving my property managers a heads up first that they couldn't do it until Monday. He didn't call me I had to call them and then he gives me a rushed conversation about general bullshit to make it seem like he was there but I doubt he was. I needed them to confirm my suspicions about an unscrupulous property manager by simply taking pictures, which they were unable to complete. low and behold I get a bill for cleaning and moving furniture for the weekend after they told me they're we're going to inspect. Very shady and distrustful people. We spoke in length and was crystal clear about the situation before we all agreed on going forward. They proceeded to do the exact opposite. read more
