Unfortunately, this is not the place for expensive dresses or special occasions (see photos). I will say- the ladies are nice and did complete this projection within a short time (1.5 week). Other than that, I don't have anything good to say. I brought in two dresses for my wedding- the rehearsal and the reception. I spent over $500 getting them altered. They are completely ruined. I don't even have photos of the second dress because I was so disheartened I threw it in the back of my closet. The second dress I tried to make the best. After giving them an extra day and weekend, it was still awful. The seams are completely crooked. They weren't pressed and bubbled. They weren't even aligned on the interior so they stuck out. And both dresses had a new STAIN on them I tried to steam out. I ended up sending a friend back to the house half way through the rehearsal because the dress kept falling off me. I loved this dress so much and it was so heart broken how brutalized it was. Threw it in the trash after this weekends event. Find else where.

This is one side of my sleeve that later completely came apart at the wedding.

From going up and down in sizes and from couture to vintage and discount racks I always depended on a top seamstress in NYC for alterations.

We arrived to a generally active store and immediately found the tuxedo section. The price point was right since everything seemed inexpensive. We were fine with self service initially since we knew the sizes and style we wanted. We were eventually approached by a much older gentleman that was not very warm in his greeting. Nor did his attire appear to be anything purchased at Men's Wearhouse or any other store in the last 30-years. He was pushy and insistent that a tuxedo jacket with sleeves that stopped almost at my sons elbows was appropriate. I reiterated to him several times we were fine on our own. He eventually left which offered us the opportunity to exit the Men's Wearhouse quickly. We immediately drove two hours to find exactly what we wanted in a tuxedo and service with another retailer.

The male associate was clueless on how to retrieve the reservation and his customer service was beyond ridiculous! After another associate assisted him, he was still clueless. My son explained what he wanted for his wedding suit as he had already viewed on Men's Wearhouse's site! I asked for the manager since we were getting no where. The manager came out and stated the only suits they had the "rent" were on the counter!! Now we were there to buy a suit for my son and husband for the wedding! Not rent as they evidently assumed!!!! Never once was he asked anything passed the slap on the counter as to which suit he'd like from the laminated junky sheet of cookie cutter suits!!! This place is unprofessional and uneducated! Needless to say we found amazing suits elsewhere with professional service and quality suits!!!

My husband and I came to this location to purchase a suit for his son's wedding, and Lamont guided us through every single aspect of the process. From selecting the right fit to handling alterations, he made sure we felt confident and taken care of. We left that day knowing Men's Wearhouse would be our go-to spot for any of my husband's future suiting needs. Full disclosure though--when we returned to pick up one of the suits (he purchased one for the wedding and another for date nights), Lamont wasn't there. Unfortunately, we experienced some of the worst customer service we've ever had. The young Black woman working that day made it clear she would've rather been anywhere else. She tried to engage in small talk toward the end of our visit, but the attitude she had carried up to that point had already left a bad taste. Fast forward to today--my husband and I had some errands to run and decided to stop by Men's Wearhouse first, just to get it out of the way. To our surprise and delight, there was Lamont! We were so genuinely happy to see him. As always, he was dapper and dressed to the nines, instantly elevating the energy of the entire store. Lamont has the confident ease of a store owner and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable while providing exceptional service. His professionalism and warmth today completely restored our faith in Men's Wearhouse. My husband and I have already agreed--we'll only return on days Lamont is working. With him, we know we're guaranteed the absolute best experience every time.
