I haven't had one of those ever in this salon it was lovely my nail tech as always was Fabulous! No complaints today i had the Best pedicure that i've received there in months my feet were actually clean and soft. Normally they felt awful. but the pedicure was awesome! I had become thoroughly disgusted with returning but i'm happy i did Thank you lily for responding to your customer with the care you provided. First of all, they basically shoved an "extra services" menu in my face, and I felt almost forced to purchase an upgrade. At most salons, the customer asks for the "extras" menu, it isn't aggressively given to them while the tech stares them down to make a decision. The pedicure itself was average; you can get the same service anywhere. Towards the end, I had to take a phone call for work, and this is where things went south quickly. As someone with multiple degrees who speaks all day, every day, I am well-aware and cognizant of my voice volume. I would never take a call if it wasn't an emergency, and my toes were almost all painted at this point. Some "manager," frumpy as can be, messy, disheveled and looking like she was wearing pajamas, SUSHED ME! The human was probably in her late 30's but looked like she was in her early 50's and (again) wearing pajamas...AT WORK! To add insult to injury, after I hung up with my patient, I went to dry my toes, and I heard the frumpy queen and another customer discussing the fact that someone smelled like smoke (it wasn't me, but I was offended on behalf of whoever it was). The lifestyle choices of others are NOT something that should be discussed out loud, especially by someone MANAGING a salon. There are a million nail places, don't trouble yourself by choosing this one.

I had this nail salon bookmarked for a long time under the prior business. Clara did a great job on my pedicure initially, but as I was sitting leisurely drying my nails, the woman in the first seat near the door (presumably the owner or co-owner) came over and rushed to put oil and saran wrap on my toes so that I could put my sneakers on and leave. Typically, I'd wear flip flops except it's pouring rain today. Granted, she didn't know I had gotten three coats of polish, but there was also no need to rush me along. Needless to say, I got all the way home and my toenails were smudged when I took the saran wrap off. I came back to the salon and I was accommodated. Clara repolished a few of my toes and put a fresh topcoat on all of them, but they weren't as neat as when they were first polished - Clara had another customer coming, so she rushed. No more saran wrap for me. I'll take the time I need for my toenails to dry.

The owner Sunny said i don't have time for that today! i was flabbergasted!... i've witnessed their interactions with other customers and I'm just happy i do my business with Rosa.
