I had my SNS done by Sue.. works sundays only.. and it lasted about 2 1/2 weeks. I loved the color and the way she did them! I went like 2 days ago and one of the Hispanic ladies did my pedicure and nails... she didn't use the electric file which made my nails very bumpy. For $55 I expected to get a great job done. Visited three times and someone is always rude. This last experiences topped it. The employees were gossiping about everyone in Spanish assuming no one understands the language. They did not help my daughter to dry her feet then gossiped about how she messed up her nails. It was very rude and not a great pedicure either. I will never ever visit again. I've come to this nail salon a few times over the last year because of their gel selection and cleanliness. However, I will never return after quite possibly the worst pedicure and manicure experience of my life. The gel pedicure rushed and sloppy. The technician was extremely rude and gruff. I paid $50 for a gel pedicure with Kimberly and she tried to skip the calf massage. When I mentioned it, she said, after she did the polish. I've never had it done after, but OK?! Well it was all of 3 minutes TOTAL! Didn't even help me with my shoes or my pants, very rude. When I asked the woman at the desk about it, she was even more rude. This salon destroyed my nails by overusing the Dremel over the course of 4 visits. They drilled my thick, healthy nails into thin, shredded nails that curled up when you put nail polish remover on they. I've never seen anything like it. Pro and con (lol) My manicure took 10 mins - maybe less BIG CON- BUT my manicure was substandard- especially for $10.00.and I gave 2 for tip. She definitely didn't cut my cuticles enough ( which is a pet peeve) but there was no soaking in water not letting me wash my hands. They just eliminate that from your experience lol. They just file, put cuticle gel on, manicure, spray with disinfectant, lotion and polish. And the polish job was rushed and messy Maybe she was upset cuz I didn't do gel manicure - since she pushed that several times in the beginning. And I told her I don't like gel manicure when she asked why lol. Didn't even get a small shoulder massage that they USED to do years ago Again I would come for an emergency manicure ONLY. I made an appointment for my self and daughter. Spent $166 plus $45 in tips. Women doing manis and pedis were excellent. Owner was nice at first until the woman who did my nails pointed out to her that the hot pink we chose did not match my toes. (Toes are orange, nails are pink). The owner kept arguing and got nasty saying its the company that makes the polish they say its a match. Now we all know that when you pick a match of gel for hands and polish for toes it is never 100% but usually close. As a business owner myself the correct thing to do would be to have the girl change the color on my toes to match. Instead the owner kept getting rude and saying its the company that makes it. I'm also sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for my daughter and they are not busy, plenty of employees roaming around. I will NEVER be back especially when someone can be that rude when their employee is trying to tell them that it is not right. I never complain and usually let things go, very unfortunate! read more

If you're going for the "I blindly over-filed my nails in a funny shape and slapped on some color" look then this is the place for you. If you like to get displeased looks from your mani/pedi lady when asked to be seated next to your friend then this is the place for you. If you don't like getting your moneys worth.... also the place. Anyhow. Will not be back. I have never came out of a nail salon with a more irregular shape to my nails, and unnecessary over filing. For several reasons, I will never patronize this business ever again. To begin with, without going into detail in order to be brief, I found the manager to be rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, during my most recent visit, there were approximately seven to eight nail technicians, all of whom were working with clients. Amongst several of the technicians, an ongoing conversation in Spanish was held. I neither speak nor understand that language, and so it made for an uneasy experience. Additionally, the workmanship leaves something to be desired. On one occasion, the technician failed to use a base coat on my toe nails. When I questioned her regarding this, she stated that the nail polish consisted of both base coat and polish. Needless to say, for the first time in my life, and I am 71 years old, upon removal of the polish, two of my nails were stained! It appears that it will be quite some time before my nails return to their normal, natural appearance. To conclude, I urge all to forego this business and find another reputable spa. read more

I've been coming to bloom nails for quite some time and each time gets a little worse than the last. Safe to say I will not be going again. This last time, the nail tech left all of the gel top coat over my nails in clumps. I said down for my pedicure and she had to re-file all of my nails because it looked like I had clumps of glue all over them. I have been here at least 10 times now and every time I leave upset. They do an okay job, if you can tolerate the experience. They speak on their phones while doing your nails. Last time I received a pedicure here, the woman was on her cell phone the entire time. She also stopped doing my nails to show the woman working next to her a picture on her phone. They both touched her phone, then went back to working on our feet. This cannot be sanitary. It was also stressful, nothing relaxing about it. I asked on the phone if we could sit next to each other. When we got there (early) they immediately separated us, and made a big deal that I requested to sit next to each other. Very embarrassing when everyone in salon is staring at you. Yesterday is the last time I will step into this place. I came to get a nail fixed. A nail that they put gel on 2 days before, and shouldn't have chipped yet. I had to tell her 20xs until she acknowledged what I was asking. The woman literally yelled at me for not having an appointment (I am not exaggerating) "YOU HAVE NO APPOINTMENT ?!! You have to sit and wait now!!!" ( the salon was empty) I walked out of the salon. I did not respond to her aggressive and angry behavior. Instead I drove about a mile to the next salon, where they were very welcoming to business. I explained to the manicurist what I wanted and yet she began to file my nails down very short until I pulled my hands away from her. Hated this place! I was referred here for someone. I went here once, will not come back again. Came for their gel manicure and regular pedicure special. The lady did not push back my cuticles AT ALL even when I asked her to, she barely touched them. She added on the gels so thick. Gels are supposed to last usually at least 2 weeks. I was going on vacation in 4 days. My nails were falling off and peeling by the time I arrived at my destination. Mind you, these are gels they shouldn't just pop off, yet they did. I had to then fix the rest of my nails so I wouldn't go walking around with a few not polished, ruined nails. My nails were in terrible shape after. The pedicure was ok but really nothing special. Came here on a Sunday about a month ago for the first time. It was busy but the wait was relatively short. Pros: My gel manicure looked fantastic and lasted over 3 weeks without chipping. I'm sure it would have lasted another week but I couldn't stand the grow out. I would have given this experience five stars if it was just the resulting manicure. Cons: The lady who did my nails ended up cutting me while trimming my cuticles. So I'm aware that accidents do happen but the way she handled it bothered me. She was completely unaffected by the fact that I was bleeding. Like didn't even look at me when I told her that it hurt. All she did was put on what appeared to be antiseptic (or cuticle oil?) and then continued with the rest of my manicure. No apology or explanation. I brought this to the attention whom I think is the manager and she responded with an "aw". Unreal. All the girls do are talk amongst themselves and check their cell phones while they do your nails. Went in for a pedicure. Overall the experience was good. The lady who did my pedicure took her time and she was good at what she did. My one huge dissatisfaction is with them not using the liners for the pedicure tubs. The place could generally use a bit more cleanliness. The other issue is it seems like they dont sterilize any of the tools and all pumice cubes and foot files are used over and over and I did not see the lady clean them at all. This is huge. read more

Ok. Eh. I rolled up here because I was in a rush and needed a nail salon close by to work. Got gel and the woman rushed me completely in order to get to her next customer who was clearly a regular. She used the electric file on my bare nails that had clear polish on. Not necessary? I called her on it and she told me it removed the oils. Why is that necessary and that doesn't at all sound healthy?! Pedicure was ok. The girl who did it couldn't handle her nail file. Me being very particular about my nails I have been going to this place since it's been open. I like how they keep up with the OPI colors and have new colors every now and again. I usually get a gel manicure and the green tea pedicure which is my favorite for relaxation, price is not that bad either ($35) for what is considered a spa pedicure. The new membership is nice to earn points to eventually receive discounts as you accumulate points. The owner can be seen as ill mannered sometimes but if you go there often they remember faces and provide great service. Also, I am a "germaphobe" so I do see them clean the pedicure baths after each customer. Overall I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

However, I'm extremely disappointed in my most recent gel manicure. I got them done last Wednesday and two days later I noticed a few nails had been peeling up.
