This salon is on the smaller side so I'd recommend making an appointment. I usually get my nails (dip powder and gel manicure) done from Eunice. She is very professional and approachable. I am saddened to see some reviews about her manners and professionalism because I have not experienced that from her or her staff. I always leave with beautifully designed nails. I had French gels done at Nail Boutique exactly 2 weeks ago for my wedding. The price is amazing for the quality. To have regular gels done is $30, and French gels are $35. Most nail salons I have been to in the past typically start at $35-$40 for regular color gels. I honeymooned in Jamaica for a week and my manicure has stayed perfectly intact. Given how rough beach sand, salt water, and chlorine pools can be on polish, I am amazed how my nails, for the most part still look the same as the day I had them done. The polish hasn't even started lifting at the corner of the nail, which is what I typically experience going into the 3rd week of a gel manicure. The customer service is wonderful, they are friendly and accommodating. And you can't beat the price! Highly recommend. read more

I am so glad to have finally found a technician (Eunice) in Westfield, the convenience of Nail Boutique being only a block away is certainly ideal. When calling in to make an appointment, i was well-received by Eunice (also the owner) and she took her time to discuss the process of my Brisa manicure. She knew the process as technician quite professionally and did not rush me off of the phone. At my appointment, Eunice took her time to ensure that my nails were exactly how I wanted them, which is also greatly appreciated. I apologize in advance for not knowing the names of the technicians, but at first was told yes they can fit me in for both gel mani/pedi. I walked in and sat down and after they (female A) started removing my existing polish was then told by the other female(female B) that they only had time for one because they had an appointment 1.5 hours later. I said if I knew this I would have opted for a manicure but you already started with my pedicure. A little annoyed but I compromised for a regular pedicure and decided to just power through it. Female A then said she'd do both in the time frame given and have both be gel. I thanked her enormously and we proceeded to continue with both gel mani/pedi. She assisted with picking a color that looked great on my nails so overall happy with the job done. Female A did a great job with both mani and pedi and in under 1.5 hours. I left the salon annoyed at female B, first telling me that they could do both but changing her mind after the service began and but also pleased female A came around to make sure her customer was happy with the service. If it was up to my experience with female B - this salon would have gotten 1 star at best. The manicure - the lasted about 3 hours before it began to chip but the salon was nice enough to fix it for me. The fixed version lasted 1 week which is more than I can ask for given the first time chipped away easily. The pedicure- well done! Honestly we'll shaped painted to perfection. I cannot complain at all! Female A did a great job, displaying professionalism and working with the customers but for $95 for a gel/mani pedi (before tip) it's not worth the price, especially because it did not last long at all. If I were to return it would be just for a pedicure and I'd make sure female A is the one doing it_ too bad I cannot recall her name ! read more

I live just a few doors down so I wanted to try them because they are so close. First time I went for a pedi and gel manicure. The lady was very quiet but did a good job. It was pretty busy but she really took her time with my nails. Today I went in again for a gel manicure and Eunice was my manicurist. They had about 60 different gel colors. Eunice speaks perfect English and my manicure looks amazing. She gave me a neck rub while my nails finished. It is under new management and the name is now nail boutique. read more

Called in the morning and got an apt for a full set that afternoon. They were at least 30 mins late when they finally got to me, which wasn't a big deal because I didn't really have any other plans. They also paid the meter outside for another hour to make up for it, which was nice. Everything was ok from there - the nail tech glued her own finger to my nail and had to redo it which was understandable but concerning. I think I was most shocked when she told me the price... $100 for a full set with gel polish! I'm used to paying what I considered a lot for this back in California, but this was ridiculous. I liked the way they looked, although the nail tech cut me at the end, but for the price it was not worth it. The nails also started coming off 10 days later. I began going to this salon several months ago. Cynthia was my nail tech. She does a really great job but they are a little more expensive than other places to which I have been, $53 for crystal nail fill-in But she did such a great job I didn't mind paying more. I had to cancel an appointment and then didn't show for another, which I forgot about. The next time I went in I was charged $83 and I gave her a $10 tip, which is what I always gave her. When I questioned why she was charging me so much she rattled off something about me not coming in twice. I found that a little outrageous. And to make things worse I had one pedicure there and ended up with a fungus on my great toe. Never going back again. read more

This place looks clean, but it isn't. One of the nail techs started a pedicure and I noticed she was reusing her pair of gloves. Gross! The lady who did my pedicure was Priscilla. That's the name written on her uniform. She was awful. She barely used any pressure with the massages. She basically rubbed some lotion on, and brushed the hot stones (not even hot) up and down my legs twice. Did a terrible, worst job ever with the cuticles. I had to ask her to redo them before putting the polish on. She barely scrubbed my feet, my gosh! I didn't even feel a change at all after my pedicure besides my toe nails being clipped. When she filed my toe nails, she did it so closely to my skin that it was uncomfortable. I tried telling her, but she just wasn't getting it :( Now, my toes hurt a bit because there are some cuts there from the filing and rough buffing. By far the worst pedicure I've ever received. Came there for the first time, and will be my last. Oh, one last thing, they don't put any soak disinfectant in the water!!!!! They just give you plain water in your foot bath!!!!!!! How unsanitary! The only thing I liked was her ability to polish. Great polish job on my toe nails. That's it. read more

Booked an appointment here because of the yelp rating. Unfortunately i did not have a good experience. I made an appointment for 2pm for a mani/pedi and didn't walk out of the salon until 4:15. I was only one of two clients, so i can't imagine how long it would take if they were busy. My service would have been quicker, but the owner had me waiting in her chair for 45 minutes after my pedicure while she did other services for the other client. This is seriously the best place to get your nails done. They last longer than any other manicure I've ever had. Gel always chips on me after a week or two and their gel doesn't chip. Like it will stay on until I go back and get them redone, I don't understand how they do it. The lady who is the Owner doesn't give you the time of day.. JoAnna who did my toes was very nice and caring so ask for Joanna for your pedicure. I was witches to a Spanish lady who wasn't friendly at All. One of my toes wasn't covered/painter correctly and when I pointed it out to her S he tell me "my toes are dark" and she already did two coats. So, my toes are Dark which means they would require another coat to be done professionally and she basically didn't do that. She appeared to be to much in a hurry to help the "regular" customers and I was not important enough to receive a professional job. You need to treat me as any other customer. I'm home now and looking at my pedicure and my toes needed another coat so I paid for nothing basically. It appears ONLY REGULAR CUSTOMERS are treated kindly at Nail Boutique. Very Disappointing. I love to support small businesses and especially women owners but the owner Eunice is intimidating and very defensive. A simple service of Pedicure and Manicure ended up a 3 hr affair where she was distracted, left mid service to do other things and had a very strong attitude. Really didn't feel comfortable. Also up charging for everything from a nail paint to anything else you asked, they should have a rate card so customers don't feel cheated. I heard from a few more who felt the same way, I just wanted to judge for myself. Find another place, there are many better ones. read more

I came here on a whim, just having been in the area. I took a gamble on them being able to take me and I'm so glad I did! I was totally last minute and Eunice stayed late for me after getting my pedicure. My nails look great! She fixed the shape, and they're very thin and natural looking even though it's UV gel with gel polish on top. If you know anything about gels, it's easy for it to look thick and bubbly but not mine! This was my go to place but had a recent bad experience. Usually the owner is there but she was not this time. There was 1 person getting a pedicure while another employee was sitting texting. I asked to get a gel manicure and she said sure. I sat down, picked my color, and she continue to text at the desk next to me. I asked how long it would be and she said soon. Mind you, no one else was there besides me and one other woman. Finally after the woman getting her pedicure done was finished. The nail tech who did the pedicure came to me and the customer went to the textibg tech. Anyway, the nail tech did not wash her hands after finishing the previous customers pedicure and just started in with me. I was so grossed out but felt uncomfortable asking her to wash her hands. The two nail techs were chatting and I understand some Spanish, "oh sorry I could have cleaned off her gel polish" said texting tech, because I sat there for 10 minutes just waiting, while she texted. Anyway, I couldn't stop focusing on how gross it was to have someone else's foot residue all over my hands. And for the grand finale she went to pick up all the wet towels and plastic covering the previous pedicure coustomers foot bath. I watched her this time to see if she would attempt to wash her hands before coming to rub my shoulder while my nails were drying. She ran the sink for 5 seconds, no soap. Needless to say I took a shower immediately after getting one, I have a suspicious blister on my finger tip, and a bad cold. Will not be back!!! read more

I honestly can't say enough good things about Nail Boutique. All of the girls are so nice, and as long as you call a few hours ahead of when you're looking to come in they can usually fit you in no problem. They do an awesome job on my pedicures and my gel manicures, and they take their time to make sure your nails look perfect. I find this refreshing as I have gotten sloppy gel manicures at other salons. They also offer different spa pedicure options, the green tea pedicure is my personal favorite. I have been going to the Nail Boutique for several years after trying many other places. Very often it is about the person who does your nails and no one else works as well. But here they are all trained well and when the technician (owner) who usually does my nails was out for personal reasons, she worked diligently to train someone else and she did an amazing job as well!! Overall it is a quite and medium to small establishment with friendly staff who do a wonderful job. I often get compliments on my nails. Was given a gift card to use here. Went in for a manicure and pedicure. The lady who did both of my servicing rushed through them so fast. Pedicure was not good. She went too fast I felt I didn't even relax. Manicure was awful. Cuticles were barely touched and she polished my nails so fast. I could have done better myself. When I used my gift card for my manicure she accidentally charged me for both services and when I asked if she could void it she said no and said I can come back and use the gift card again. Frankly I didn't want to come back so I asked again to be voided and the other girl working there voided it. After that the lady wasn't friendly at all.
