This place is very far from me but I stopped by here since I was in the area. I found the facility and the staff to be kind and helpful but unfortunately the gel pedicure I got was the sloppiest I've received. The tops of my nails were left without polish and my nail tech touched it up for me after I pointed it out. The shaping of my nails however is a diff story. After 3 hours to do a fill and toes they completely embarrassed me after the receptionist didn't charge me for my nails and ran after me in the salon making it look like I didn't pay. I knew when asking for tips on my big toes for my pedicure would add to the cost but 18 dollars for 2 tips and another 10 for a little gel on the pinky toe and another 10 for whatever else they explained was ridiculous. I will not be going back here and giving business to them. This was not the first time they added extra expenses for this and although I understand costs I felt completely gouged. I asked the owner about the tips for the toes and she never told me that would add a whole extra 30 dollars to the cost. read more

I have been seeing Kim for a few months now. I have asked her nicely to please paint as close to the cuticle as possible to avoid the nails looking grown out immediately after getting them done. Unfortunately, Kim isn't very warm towards me and has come off as frustrated when I nicely try and talk to her. For what I spent on a gel manicure, my nails should not look grown out upon leaving the salon. I know you can't paint TOO close, but this gap is ridiculous. I'm always so nice and thankful to Kim and her staff and don't like how my requests are ignored and how Kim treats me like i'm bothering her. I will not be back. read more

My first time visiting as I am back in area and looking for great salon. The salon is very clean and they have a nice check in system. The prices are comparable to other salons. They also discount if cash used and have a point system The down side was inconsistency in gel pedicure received. I ordered the autumn special pumpkin pie pedicure. The one leg was massaged with sugar scrub and cream the other just the scrub. My other complaint was that the technician did not let the gel coats to dry for sufficient time and after topping the top of nail with polish , filed it off. Weird! Had to ask to have top of nail redone. Dark polish looked odd at the top of nail. Other wise I will be back but keeping my eye on process. I sound picky but it is the little things you remember. read more

Ok, so I have to update my review. I will give credit where credit is due because I am a very fair and honest person. However, this will be my last visit. Kim does an excellent job on my nails. The pedicure is mediocre, and I've had way better. Every time I've visited, it is a different price. I've been 3 times for the same exact thing. And all 3 times I was charged a different price. I tried to give them a chance, but no. I'm done. There are way too many nail salons out there for me to sit here and deal with this foolishness. read more

Not a great place. Customer service is not so great! Owners don't seem to connect with other technicians. The vibe was so not right.

Sadly i must leave a bad review on elegant nails. So ive been going here for over a year since they first opened. There service has significantly declined as they have gotten busier. They will make appointment for you at a specific time but you would still have to wait a significant time after appoinntment time to get service most of the time. Last time i was there the owner DIN, who usually does my nails was working very fast as usual, he cut me badly with the cuticle cutter which has happened before with him . I told him nicely that he may have cut me..when it started to bleed he got angry with me saying he wont do my cuticles anymore..he was mumbling angrily in his language, i didnt understand . He was very not nice . He also charged me extra money to make nails round shape ...which surprised me, never been charged for nail shaping when im paying for a $60 gel fill . That day he filed my nails too short , was so bad , my nails have never been so short ..took two weeks to get normal length again. I think he was so upset that day from cutting me that he wasnt paying attention. I decided not to go with him again. I scheduled following time with kim. I arrived at 6pm , at 6:40pm she still had not started my nails .there is very little communication and they are just so busy all the time. I finally walked out at 6:45pm ..huge waist of my time on a weekend :( i will find a new place to go as i get my nails done regularly . If u want a place that values your time and treats you well , this isnt the place ..be careful ..there are so many nail salons in this area ..choose a different place .
