I had an appointment for x-rays on January 28, 2026, the ladies at the front desk and even the ones that went by greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. I have not had a bad experience since my first visit there. I would like to mention a few of the employess whom were part of this last visit. The staff, technicians, and doctor take THE greatest care of patients in a timely way, keep you informed on what's going, and make you feel VERY comfortable. My appointment was easily made over the phone, and upon arrival to the appointment, the receptionists and technicians are all 5/5 stars ( VERY friendly, helpful, efficient, and personable), absolutely everything I could ask for as far as customer service expectations. When I needed an explanation of cost, one of the staff members came to my room and went over everything with me.
