I rated 4 stars only because NO person or business is perfect! However, from check in to having multiple MRI's, everything was done both professionally and friendly! My only complaint is with the 'doctor' that 'read' my MRI's! I am a 72 y/O MAN, yet in his written report he wrote that my OVARIES seemed to be normal, had a good flow (whatever that means) and further that I had lost a baby at 5 weeks, possibly due to having an abortion(!?!) Again, being a MAN, having OVARIES makes me doubt the accuracy of his entire report! Vilmel Patel is the doctor who did the final report. I mistakenly thought that MRI's were read by doctors at the WH hospital but when I called and asked to speak to him, I was told, "he no longer with us" now I think I understand why! BUT he should NOT cast a dark shadow on an otherwise excellent staff!!! read more

Don't go there they are horrible they asked me to put a credit card on file I did not have one I tried to explain to them that my insurance covered the whole procedure they send me home like if I was a child I call the billing department and they told me if I can get a gift card to give it to them so they can put it on file I've never heard such a ridiculous thing before terrible experience I definitely don't recommend this place !! read more

The billing office here is the worst, a SCAM. Charged me for services my insurance said I didn't have to pay for. They refuse to call me back and never sent me invoices showing me why I was told to pay them more then the EOB. No call backs and no invoices. NOW BECAUSE I HAVE NO INVOICES MY FSA CARD IS DECLINING THE PAYMENTS AND SAYS I HAVE TO PAY CASH BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE. I tell everyone to stay as far away as possible from them!! read more

I was on hold on the phone for 12 minutes, then they hung up on me. I am again on hold now for 12 miniutes and againthey hung up. I had an MRI done on March 26th. It is now April 7th and they still have not sent the imaging to my primary care physician. Not at all professional. read more

I have tried calling twice in the last week to make an appointment and was hung up on twice! The lady who answered the phone was super unprofessional said she had to transfer me over...just to book an appointment and then still hung up. so I took it upon myself to show up in person same lady who sounded like the one over the phone made my appointment in about 5 mins. treat your patients with some respect I let her know they hung up on me and there was no accountability at all not even an apology. These women at that front desk need to be replaced asap. I can only imagine how they treat other patients! read more

I've been going to the facility forever... Today I had an appointment and was told if I didn't sign this paper and give them my credit card number even though they have my insurance info that I will not be seen.. don't care what kind of problem you have no credit card no service is there a lawyer out there that is farmilar with this.. sounds a lot like fraud...potential for credit card theft been there done that there are a lot of elder people that go there... read more

AT Radiology is now DEMANDING you have a credit card on file before you have your testing that you show up for. This credit card on file is for future no show's. New Policy they failed to inform me upon scheduling the appointment. This company has in the past has double charged me, took 7 months for them to correct their mistake and now they want the freedom to charge a patients credit card at their discretion without your permission. I was not expecting this extortion and didn't bring a credit card so I was denied service that I showed up for????? Are you kidding me. They charge patients for their own medical records that I have to get because AT Radiology does not send it to the doctors, everything is about more and more MONEY, not patient care. read more

The front desk staff at this place is terrible. They have lost both of my referrals that were faxed over in the last week. I was told they were not responsible for faxes and that I should bring the referral in person. The week before they lost my mammogram reports. I was hung up on by some seriously rude lady named Emma. This place is completely unorganized and chaotic with desk staff that are unqualified to do their jobs. read more

I was scanned by CT scan in A T's Winter Haven office. The staff at A T are very professional, kind and compassionate to my needs and concerns. I could not of chose a better place. read more

Appointment was for 9:30 for 2 procedures. Helga was TERRIBLE. Didn't know what she was doing. Signed papers 3 different trips to the desk because she kept forgetting some. Gave her my debit card for co-pay took at least 20 minutes before I got it back. Answered the phone while I was standing there constantly. Had to call someone about how to check in an xray. I FINALLY get called back at 10:35 and everyone else had been checked in. And to top it all off she over charged for a co-pay. read more

I've been trying this whole week to get an x-ray of my right wrist and hand and elbow and Brianna refuses to get back to me she keeps leaving the message she'll get back within 24 hours which is nothing but a lie as of this next Monday coming up and be 3 weeks since I landed on that wrist I don't know what's wrong with this place if Brianna can't get back to me then they need to fire her and hire somebody else this is crazy my doctor said he needs this wrist x-rayed read more

Was scheduled for an MRI on Wednesday June 19th,was called and received a text telling me to bring a credit card,picture ID.referal from my doctor and would be charged $25 if I was a no show, I was scheduled for 9:00am and arrived at 8:30. After sitting in the waiting room for 25 minutes I was called to the front desk and told I would have to be Rescheduled for July 1st as the person from Medtronic was unavailable. Today,July 1st, after taking a pain pill and 2 anxiety pills my doctor called in to the drug store AGAIN,I was AGAIN scheduled for 9:00am and arrived at 8:30, after signing in and filling out all the paper work I was told that once again I would have to be REscheduled ONCE AGAIN because the Medtronic person weren't present, this will be my 3rd attempt at getting this MRI, I would like to know where is my $25 for being turn away twice now and why doesn't someone follow up with the Medtronic person to make sure they are aware of the date and time to be there!!!!!!!! This was the worst ultrasound appointment ever! Had an appointment for 1215, I got there at 12 noon, for paperwork etc. at 1230, while I was still waiting. The manager came to the front receptionist and told her that she needed to schedule someone tomorrow, the receptionist even asked her what about the people who already had an appointment, the manager told her they would need to wait, because a doctor was on the phone and said the test had to be done. Now it was 1240, I am still waiting and ask about it, was told they would have to check with the manager. 20 min later the manager walked me back and let others know I was there for complaining. The tec was a joke, did not have anything ready, could not work the computer, no personality. Would let others just walk into the room during the exam. It was like grand central street. Tech told me it's the way it is and deal. When setting up another appointment, I said I did not want to come back to this location and the tech got angry, snapping at me demanding to know why. When I told her the crappy scheduling and the horrible staff attitude, she threw the file and pen and said oh well and walked me to the front, while slamming a door in my face and walked away. I had an appointment on Monday July 15 2019. I arrived at 10:30, signed in and waited for an hour. I went to the front desk and was told that I had been some how over looked? They informed me they had no time for my scan that day, it is an hour long procedure, and there were too many other patients scheduled. I was there at least 30 minutes before the scheduled the appointment. Office personnel told me, "somehow I was overlooked." This kind of treatment is Totally Unacceptable. The worst. They did a mammogram for me. It was read incorrectly. I asked to be notified when the corrections were done. No one ever called. When I went in, I was told that they don't call people. The manager was mean and laughter at my concern and complaint. Breast cancer is not funny. I was not cared for or cared about. Don't waist your time here. Go to a real facility that cares about your health. read more

Had an MRI here today. Very nice staff. Appointment was for 3:30 and I was taken back for MRI AT 3:30. Updated equipment is important and they have it. Very professional. read more

What is the purpose in scheduling an appointment when people who come in after you have checked in still get seen before you. The sign clearly states let them know if you have waited 20 minutes past your appointment time, and for what they do nothing but make excuses. When you are there with an appointment and wait an hour and fifteen minutes for a test that literally lasted 7 minutes, there is a problem! When the "manager" came to clear the waiting room because it was after 5 PM, the suggestion of rescheduling my appointment was the first solution to the problem. This was the ABSOLUTE worst experience that I have ever had when using AT Radiology, last time I use the Winter Haven office. read more
