That warned me up well and activated my muscles deeply. She then completed the massage from the floor (still with deep pressure), making sure to focus on problem areas. The 40 mins didn't really leave room for other areas. She just runs your hands thru it. Again the 4 stars are for Faith. I feel soo much better after she's done with my shoulders, arms and neck.. They did not have me do an intake form or fill anything out beforehand, so make sure you communicate any specific needs if you have them. The masseuse was very friendly and the room was relaxing. The lights were dim, there was a sound machine on and music playing. The bed was also heated which was a really nice touch. Since I'm pregnant, she had me lay on my side hugging a body pillow, then I switched sides. She spent time massaging my back, butt, neck, arms, legs, hands, feet and toes. She was gentle, I'm assuming since I'm pregnant and it was very relaxing. She also gave me a bottle of water on the way out. It lasted exactly an hour.
