I kid you not, the driver was at the restaurant to pick me up within five minutes. Overall, it cost me about $20 with tip to go from Camarillo to Oxnard in about 10 minutes. So if you find yourself stranded or without transportation in the Conejo Valley, this taxi service is a good and viable option. They are open 24 hours, you can order online and they take cards.

At 7:15am, I started looking for Uber and thank the Lord I didn't wait for the last minute. As I began looking for an Uber, I come to find out they have none in my area. I have never seen this and the ones that were available were 60 dollars to 90 for 15 miles. I was so desperate, I clicked on those options and even those were not available. Now I was ready to have an anxiety attack and just die. Then my fiance made a suggestion and told me to call a cab. Never calling one before in my life. I had no clue where to even find one. So I went to Yelp and found this service. I went ahead and called out of desperation. Then a guy answers and says "we will be there in 20 minutes and it will be 30 dollars". I couldn't believe it, got a ride in a minute after trying to find one on Uber for 20 minutes. I ran downstairs and my driver Daniel was there in less then 20 minutes. Honestly I didn't any one was going to show, but thank God I was wrong. My driver Daniel came and picked me up. He was delightful and very understanding of my horrible morning. Daniel also took his time talking to me and got me at my meeting right on time. Now I understand the importance of the cab industry. Even though Uber and Lyft have taken over, you cannot compare the reliability of this cab service. While Uber and Lyft are asleep in the morning. I'm happy I found a reliable ride service who isn't. I highly recommend this cab service and they have amazing customer service.

I wanted to arrive at least 2 hours prior to get through TSA and to have a decent breakfast before the flight, so I overrode it and requested 5:15am arrival. My confirmation call informed me that my pickup time would be 3:45 am which seemed extremely early, but I accepted it because I could not afford to miss this flight. The driver was a friendly gentleman who arrived on time and got us (picked up a 3rd passenger) to LAX around 4:40 am (no traffic jams). On my return trip, I only waited about 5 minutes for the driver after I made the pickup request call. I was the only passenger and the driver was very friendly and nice. The vans used for both trips were clean and seemed fairly new. I picked Roadrunner over Uber/Lyft because I wasn't sure I can trust some random driver picking me up around 4 am. I picked Roadrunner over Prime Time Shuttle because Prime Time outsources their service to Uber/Lyft (see aforementioned concern).

However, sadly this trip and customer service provided by George has seriously missed the mark and I will never use this transportation service again. We had a schedule pick up on July 31 for our international trip and the driver did not show. No one contacted me, I had to reach out to the driver directly and ask for his status, at which point he told me he was having car trouble and I needed to contact George. I reached out to George and he apologized for the inconvenience and told me he did not have a back up driver and would refund me my trip and comp the return trip home. The problem was, I had to scramble last minute to find back up transportation to take my family and 3 yr old to the airport. Calling an uber wasn't realistic bc we needed a car seat, which 805 VIP was supposed to provide. So we had to find someone willing to drive us to the airport in our car last minute. I reached out to George prior to the return trip home and he assured me there would be a vehicle waiting for us and thankfully there was, however there was no car seat as promised. Once home I texted George to let him know we made it home and the trip went ok. I also asked him to let me know when the refund would be processed and George told me he would Zelle me the refund. Well, the refund never came. I reached out to George via text 3 times and email once inquiring about the refund for at least the trip TO the airport and there has been NO response. George full on ghosted me so I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge. This is unacceptable customer service and quite frankly a fraudulent business practice to charge customers for a service that was never rendered. I used 805 VIP transportation vs another company in an attempt to support a local business but really regret it. Not only did we have a stressful time getting to the airport but I also never received a refund that was owed. 0/10 do not recommend this company. Find transportation elsewhere.
