We only use To & Fro for our LAX drop-off and pick-up service. They are absolutely wonderful, simply the best of the best. Before Uber and ride-share, there were great limo companies to take for the day into DTLA and LAX, they seem to be few and far between. To & Fro certainly provides the same level of service and dependability as you would expect, and pay for, in a private car service. I could not more highly recommend them, we only use them for our car service. read more

Used this service to got from Simi Valley to LAX. On time, great service, fair price. I would recommend this company.

Great customer service! Emailed my request and received a very comprehensive quote for services. I was contacted soon after, and was able to pay & confirm my trip. Very easy process. Had a great smooth ride with water and snacks available. The driver was attentive and friendly. I hope to have the same driver again on my next trip. I'm looking forward to booking my next airport trip with To and Fro. read more

I used their service once for a one way ride to LAX for a business trip. I honestly thought I reserved a multi-passenger shuttle because the price was not as high as I'd been quoted by others. The driver arrived on time and communicated with me as they were approaching and we were immediately on our way. The ride was great I think because the driver understand how to drive with a passenger. Unlike the majority of my experience with Uber, who are not "professional" drivers. I was able to catch a nap as a result. I don't often, not drive myself to LAX, but they gave me pause for their professionalism, courtesy and price. read more

Always on time, great people, totally professional, utterly reliable. Love To&Fro. Will never use anyone else.

To and Fro made our wedding night transportation so seamless and luxurious! We cannot recommend this service enough. Booking was easy and we received check-ins leading up to the day of service to make sure everything was ready. The car itself was so clean and comfortable and our driver was so kind. It was so worth it for my husband and I to have reliable transportation late at night after our wedding. Thank you to the To and Fro team! read more

We had a wonderful experience with To & Fro. Their drivers were professional, on time, and the cars were very nice (they even provided snacks and water). Their quick email response time made booking very easy. Highly recommend! read more

The best service from Luis and his team. We used them for our wedding back in 2017 and have since selected To & Fro as our preferred ground transportation partner for our business. Luis is so kind and takes great care of all his guests. We are confident that our clients are receiving world class service when being transported throughout Los Angeles. We've even featured Luis in one of our promo videos bringing a client from LAX to our studios. To & Fro is the way to go for any limousine and car service needs! read more

To & Fro - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

I've never taken an Uber or Lyft to the airport, and after this experience I don't think I will! I felt very comfortable and safe, and had a great conversation with Luis. Scheduling ahead of time took the stress away, and I highly recommend this service. read more

Our family of 6 recently used To & Fro for transportation to and from LAX for our trip to Hawaii. The van that picked us up was a great surprise, with bench seating, colorful strip lighting, and two TV screens. Our almost-13-year-old grandson went from moping about being forced to spend a week with his family, to delightedly exploring all the electronics in the cabin. Our driver was very gracious, and had all of our luggage stowed before we realized what was happening. It was a happy and exciting start to our vacation. On our return, we were met by two drivers at the baggage claim area. They waited with us, and transported all our luggage out to two SUV's in the nearby parking garage. We would have loved to have had another ride in the van, but two SUV's allowed us to be dropped off at our two houses. At the end of a long, uncomfortable flight, it was wonderful to settle into the cushy seats and just relax. Our driver even had bottles of cold water waiting for us. Everyone we dealt with, from the first email contact and phone conversations to driving and followup, was personable and very efficient. They answered all our questions, and even searched for our 10-year-old's lost Aloha baseball cap. (We found it two days later underneath the recliner where he likes to sit and play with his iPad.) I would recommend To & Fro to anyone who would like to reduce the amount of stress involved in traveling. It's worth every penny. read more

Fantastic!!!!!! I used them to travel to LAX for work trip in March was exceptional experience!!!!

I contracted with To & Fro earlier this month to take a group of 5 of us, round trip, to LAX airport from Thousand Oaks. We had international flights with a very early morning departure and a late night arrival. To & Fro worked with me to be sure the vehicle would accommodate all our luggage. Their attention to detail and communication was superb. The drivers were courteous and friendly. To & Fro is a professional company and I recommend them 100%. read more

This company is great . I sent a text a few days before my trip and they got right back to me . Very professional. Luis picked me up in a beautiful sedan . Very clean . Luis was professional and friendly . We had a great conversation for over one hour ! I hope I get Luis as my driver on my return trip . read more

I've used To&Fro for over 5 years going from Newbury Park to LAX for business and leisure travel - literally for dozens of trips. I've always 100% of the time had a professional driver, with a spotless car (complete with bottled water and usually snacks), they have always arrived early both at my home and the airport, and truthfully I've never had a single thing go wrong. It's worth mentioning that I'd previously used other Conejo Valley car services and had terrible experiences - so I realize how amazing To&Fro really is! read more

Luis and his team are very dependable. We are very happy with the service they provided. Also, really appreciate the communication - felt very well taken care of. Definitely using them next time. read more

I hired To & Fro to get me and my husband to and from the airport for our honeymoon. They were extremely professional, polite, and were on time for both rides. I tried calling a few other places, but their reviews scared me and this company's reviews made me feel more comfortable. The reviews don't lie, this is an excellent company that I will always use when I want to splurge for a chauffeur. read more

Had my 70 year old mom fly in unexpectedly (miscommunication on dates)...we were out of town and I panicked..our previous Uber and Lyft experiences have been horrendous! So I called To & Fro...what a dream come true...they were so eager to help. The communication was awesome- not only with me but with my mom. They "secured" her from the SB airport and texted me instantly to let me know she was safely in the car..Mom has done nothing but rave about the "sweetest man" who drove "so well" and "the most beautiful car". To & Fro promised to treat my Mom like a queen and they did! I travel a lot for work and this group has won my business going forward! So happy to have found them. Cannot say enough positive things! read more

Just had excellent service from this company on both the pick up and drop off. Luis and Albert were friendly, courteous, and prompt. I needed an early morning ride to LAX from Moorpark and they were great in accommodating this request. Extremely impressed with their prompt communication. I accidently left my air pods charging in the town car and Luis kept them safe for me and handed off to Albert to give to me on my return. Pretty outstanding. We will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend. Made the schlep to LAX ( my least fave airport) as easy as humanely possible. read more

This is by far the best car service we have ever used! They are dependable, communicative and really friendly. Recently I had them pick up some friends at our home and take them to LAX. The driver Luis was so friendly and he even sent me a text to let me know when they were safely in the terminal. You will not be disappointed if you use To and Fro! read more

Because of To & Fro and Luis our vacation started from the minute he picked us up in a luxurious car! Class, comfort and professionalism all the way!!! The best! read more

To & Fro - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

I have used To & Fro three times now, and I have been very pleased. They show up on time, and are very friendly with clean, nice cars - with water and chargers at the ready. Luis is very responsive to my questions and keeps all the arrangements well organized and the details correct. I will use them again the next time we need a lift to the airport without hesitation. read more

We had the pleasure of using To & Fro. Our driver, Luis, was waiting for us when we arrived. He took charge of being sure all luggage had arrived and was properly stowed. His courtesy and professionalism were outstanding. The people at To & Fro cooperated with us through unexpected changes in our flight plans. We give this service 5 stars for service, efficiency and a first class experience. read more

We have been using To & Fro for a few years now. We have had excellent experiences each time. We recently had an airport run from LAX to Simi on Saturday. Luis, our driver, texted us before we landed and met us in baggage claim. Our ride home was smooth and enjoyable. Luis is very friendly and experienced. We had Scott as our driver going to LAX earlier. He arrived before our 4:30 AM pickup time, which we appreciated. We arrived early which is important! No problems at all. Again, we only use To & Fro. read more

Personable, dependable, reasonably priced, and on time. It all applies to To and Fro... I don't relax well in cars while others are driving. I fell asleep on my way home from the airport with Luis at the wheel. The ride and driving were both smooth as silk. Could not ask for more. read more

Just had the best ride to LAX! This is the first time I've used To & Fro (found them here on yelp) and they are now going to be my 'go to' car service! Jason was my driver, and everything about the ride was top notch! He picked me up in a nice SUV, with snacks and water (Fiji--my favorite!) Super nice guy...great conversation. The whole experience was wonderful and I'm just so happy I found them! Even though we had some traffic, the whole ride went by quick and smooth. Just a super great experience! I highly recommend these guys :) read more

This is the second time we have used this service. Our drivers, Albert and Jason, were very punctual and professional. They easily navigated through L.A. traffic, as well as the chaos of LAX. The vehicles are clean and luxurious. To and Fro is a great way to start and end any vacation! We'll definitely be using this service again for next year's vacation. Highly, highly recommend. read more

Finally found a local limo service I like! Very professional from reservations to pick up to ride. The guys were very courteous, arrived early with clean vehicles, drove with care, and didn't try to get too chummy by striking conversation, unless initiated by passenger. (Yes, that matters to me because there are times when I don't feel like talking. Simple as that). Of all the car services I've hired, I like this company the best; so much so that I've deleted from my contacts the 2 other limo services I've used in the past! read more

If I could give 6 stars for these guys I would! Luis is a class act and has won our business for sure! We always book an Escalade for our family vacation trips to LAX. When Roadrunner called to tell us that they had double booked their Escalade and that we were the odd ones out, needless to say we were not happy. Not only would Roadrunner not offer us a discount on an alternate mode of transportation, they wanted to put us in one of their shuttle vans. No thanks. Now we had to find another service, but sometimes things work out for the best. So our vacation wasn't far off and we were scrambling for another service. My husband called To & Fro, and he couldn't believe how friendly and professional these guys were. They went out of their way to win over our business. Luis was scheduled to pick us up at 5am and was early! He was the nicest guy. He almost makes you feel like he is your own personal driver. Yes, they are a little pricier than Roadrunner, but you really get what you pay for with these guys and they are worth it! read more

Had my best trip to see family and needed a ride to and fro airport. My trip out was great driver was helpful and saw there would be delays on 405 so we went PCH to airport. Got to airport on time and made my flight with no problems. Trip back I had a few delays and they were more than willing to work with me to get a ride home. After two changes I was picked up and treated like a VIP. Felt like I was celebrity. read more

Excellent service. I had them take my disabled 80 year old mother to LAX. )I have used them more than once). Luis was our last driver. He was wonderful with my mom. He spent quite a bit of time at LAX making sure she was situated with wheelchair service before he left her. He called me right after he left the airport to assure me she was OK. I trust this company 100%. Super friendly people to work with, very punctual, very professional. If I could give 6 or more stars I would. Top rated limousine service!!! read more

This company was outstanding. The first call was answered quickly and promptly, and the man who answered was so nice! The price was better than another company we normally use for airport pickup and drop off so we decided to give them a shot. So glad we did! We got a text from them the day before each pickup with the name and cell phone of the drivers. Both drivers were SOO SOO nice, on time and helpful! We will be using this company again! read more

Now, To & Fro Limo is what I would call classy with exceptional service. From the moment I placed a call with Luis from To & Fro Limo, (mind you 10:20pm the night before a 6:15am pick up) I felt assured my guest and I would be WELL cared for, from the start of our travels through to the the end, and the many details that feel within. The cars are immaculate, well cared for and maintained to superior standers. Stocked with amenities that make traveling anywhere a luxury, even to LAX. Comfortable, manicured seats with plenty of room, ice cold water and personal Ipads with WiFi for those last minute details you may have forgotten. Luis arrived prompt at his suggested time, dressed to the nines and with a great attitude, it was the perfect start to a weekend in Vegas. To and Fro Limousine Concierge always exudes professionalism, their ties to the community make finding what your looking for easy and always perfect. My guest and I were treated with the utmost respect and I am Thankful for their superior service. I most certainly will use this service again. I am more excited to help others find their way to this company so others may share in the same VIP service we received. Thank you again for your exceptional service. read more

Okay guys. Here's the deal. This is, hands down, THE ONLY WAY TO GO if you want an amazing experience from a car service. Luis is beyond professional, always arrives early, helps with bags and keeps an immaculate car. There are always waters, and iPads to use during the drive. My husband and I will not use anyone else. This is an example of the kind of service we are talking about...after dropping us off at home from LAX, we started unpacking. About 20 minutes later, I received a text from Luis letting us know we left our FLIP recorder in the car. We had no idea! I told him we would come to the office to get it and guess what? He says, "Don't worry, I'm already on my way to deliver it to you." What?! Amazing! Do yourself a huge favor and book To and Fro. You will get the best service ever and have a totally stress free travel day:) I'm already planning to book him for my next trip. read more

I had an important flight to catch from SNA (John Wayne Airport) and needed a ride I could count on. I booked To & Fro after seeing all the 5 star ratings. I called in, told them the time of departure, and they calculated a pickup time which would give me ample time to arrive and to get through security. The day before my ride, I got email/text confirmations with my driver's contact info and time of pickup. On the day of, Steve, my driver, arrived a little earlier than expected*. Unfortunately, I waited until the last minute to book a ride from John Wayne to Camarillo for my return trip, and all the drivers were unavailable. This is totally understandable since I tried to book a driver on the same day and speaks to the amount of business that they do. Lesson learned; call ahead at least a day in advance! *At my destination, a driver from another service planned to arrive "on time" as my flight landed, which was actually late because my flight landed early! read more

There ere are Not Enough Superlatives to list for the all around experience with Luis and to and fro limo.. Utilizing their website to schedule all aspects of the pick up was easy to follow and their pricing was very competitive. We had a 5:15 a.m. pick up.. I saw Luis parked in front of our house at a minute after 5. The sedan was luxurious, spotlessly clean with water and snacks waiting for us.. we had a smooth trip and he insisted on not letting us touch a bag and pulled us right up curbside at LAX .. there is no doubt we'll be utilizing them Again! on a 5 star scale they get a 25! read more

i have used To & Fro for at least 3 years after trying numerous other companies for airport transport. Every time has worked seamlessly with no problems which is just what you want after a flight now. Luis has driven me at least two times and To & Fro is very fortunate to have him as part of their team. The airport and flight experiences are definitely challenging now and having a driver like Luis makes it easy to finally sit back and relax. Thanks! read more
