We were in charge to plan one of the couples events for a day, and we thought to ourselves, "what could be better than wine tasting". Of course, I first scoured any deal websites for Wine Limousine tours, but I'm glad I didn't get any hits on Groupon. I was able to pull up Ventura County Limousine and did some more research on the Wine Tasting packages they had to offer. I couldn't be any happier that I went that route. Booking the whole thing, was quick and painless. Too top it all off, our driver Ted was so accommodating, and made sure we were taken care of. I'm not sure if its because we're out-of-towners, but Ted made the day! He always had a positive attitude and he gauged the casual conversation really well. It's definitely an art to make sure you're engaging with your passengers without being overbearing. Look, I've taken short 2 hour limo rides from SF to Treasure Island up here, and sometimes they can't even get it right. I gotta give Ventura County Limousine its props for definitely exceeding my expectations.

I too purchased a $39 voucher from AmazonLocal for one-way transportation to my home (listed as one of the destination cities within mileage range). When I attempted to use the voucher and make a reservation via telephone, the owner Nick Kamych told me that I needed to complete their online form. The form requires the customer to enter their credit card number again. I wrote back and provided my travel information and voucher number and requested a confirmation. The vendor refused and stated that I needed to complete the online form and pay an additional $27 (even though the AmazonLocal charge was for all services, except gratuity). When we returned from our trip and arrived at LAX, no driver from MSN Limo was present. We got a text message from the company so we responded. They would not dispatch a driver until we agreed to pay them $37 dollars! The driver would not arrive until much later (it was already 1:30 a.m.). We refused to pay the additional fee and had to get a shuttle company to pick us up. After checking my online account, I discovered that on 5/18/13, MSN Limousine charged my credit card an additional $27. We arrived at LAX on 5/19/13. So, our $39 charge would have amounted to $103 if we had payed them $37 extra on 5/19/13. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! I've reported this company to AmazonLocal and my credit card company. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and now entered this review. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! Shame on you MSN Limousine!

He drove insanely fast (I felt quite unsafe) and said his next pick up was in North Hollywood in 15 minutes. The driver arrived on time and communicated with me as they were approaching and we were immediately on our way. The ride was great I think because the driver understand how to drive with a passenger. Unlike the majority of my experience with Uber, who are not "professional" drivers. I was able to catch a nap as a result. I don't often, not drive myself to LAX, but they gave me pause for their professionalism, courtesy and price.
