Premier has customer courtesy cars and several staff. Of course it's a dealership so you will pay an a lot more. At Premier, they charge $200 just to look at your car for anything other than routine maintenance (even for warrantee service). I know they are highly rated, but that just makes me not want to go there. The folks at wrench rite are super knowledgeable about my Subarus, charge what I would consider to be a fair price over Premier. It's a family business who I'd rather give my money to anyway. It's a smaller shop with a tight parking lot. Hopefully they can expand it someday.

Anxious and bummed I took it in to get it fixed. I was preparing myself for the worst a new or rebuild transmission which 3 other shops quoted me over 6g. if I needed one. They could've said anything, any price they want. The car doesn't move right?? Even getting a rebuilt transmission would be a lot less than a new or used truck. But, they came back to me with such an honest quote that not only they fixed the issue they also fixed 4 other issues and replaced the battery which I knew about btw And also cut a couple of hrs of labor because it didn't take as long as it was quoted. I mean NEVER in my 40 years of owing cars have I experienced that. Needless to say I will be going back for all issues. these guys rock! The interior of my car became flooded up to my ankles. I drove around looking for a place that would hopefully be able to at least get the inside dry so that it wouldn't start to stink in my car. I happened upon One Stop, and instead of making me feel like a jack@$$, which would have been well-warranted, they were very helpful and vacuumed out the interior of my car. The floor mats needed extra time, and so they offered to hang them up in the shop for a couple days free of charge. Upon my return to pick them up, I brought the guys some coffee, which is nowhere near enough to thank them for their kindness. They assessed my vehicle and with any repair shop looking to get money, $708 later I paid for 4 new tires (that don't even look new) and an alignment (that is still not aligned). I wasn't comfortable with the estimate that they had given me for the other added future repairs so I got a second opinion. In the assessment of my second opinion, they noticed that a total of 10 lug nuts were missing from my tires! Need I remind you that this is quite dangerous because at any time my tires could have come off. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY REPAIRS!
