I've never been into thrifting or anything like that, however, Value Village isn't the typical thrifting experience. The store has an abundance of options and there is always a hidden gem or two on the racks. Also, the color discount is the bombbbbbbbb. Granted on the days I go the things I want tend to never be the color of the day, LoL! However, the prices are already amazing even without the color of the day. On my journey of stores the Value Village - Forest Park location has become my favorite. The racks are always stocked and they put things in order size. OMG!!!! That is huge for me as I hate going on a scavenger hunt. The store is clean, the racks are sized, and they even had a Coach bag once. I told you, hidden gems. Value Village - Forest Park delivers value as a brand but also as a service. The staff is pleasant and they are always willing to help. Though the lines can be LONG at times, they move efficiently and never seem to be frustrated. If you're in the area, Value Village - Forest Park is a great place to stop in and grab a few things that may not have been on your list, but since you see them, you want them. LoL!!!!!

I came here for a regular browse and found a nice vacuum cleaner for a great price and in good working condition. Good customer service. The place is huge and maintained clean and neat. Quick in and out service, as they have three to four cash registers in use. Ample free parking in front of the business. I would definitely recommend this place to check it out if you are in the area.

The sign has been posted for more than eight months however; the security officers and employees have full access to this restroom despite the CLOSED FOR CLEANING sign. Coporate needs to investigate this issue and correct it.

So I'm asking what's the recourse in this situation and she looks at me blankly. After some back and forth she suggests 20% off an in-store purchase. I ask for the owners information and she directs me to the Plato's website. I feel like this situation was not handled properly at all. How do you just lose someone's items and have no solution for them??? Bought a set of queen size bed sheet set for just $9.99 which is a great deal. It's a good place to find bargain items. If you are on a budget, then check them out. Great selection a lot of variety of different things. They have great deals that is a lot cheaper than any other retail or variety store. Also, they sell everything here; clothes, shoes, toys, home decor, book bags, lingerie, accessories, perfume/cologne, and much more. Customer service is great and helpful. Ample free parking avaiable as it sits in a shopping plaza. One thing I don't like here is they sell clothing, but don't have a fitting/trial room. I often wonder if demographics play a role in what you find at Goodwill Stores and not just due to the people that donate to their neighborhood spot. But I know that Goodwill sends out items to different locations. Maybe this one is on the short end of that stick and gets stuck with crappy items. Anyway, the staff is always nice. And the music makes you what to stay longer looking around.
