Kelsey got me a new 24 foot round pool and installed it. It took one day to put in, and he came back to hard plumb it when I got the parts. One of the pieces was cracked, so he came back that day and fixed the problem. I've had that happen with PVC, there can be a tiny crack that doesn't show up until there's water pressure. That tells me that the follow-up service is excellent. I removed the old pool myself and partially cleared the area for Kelsey, Mark, and Jason to work. They arrived about 1/2 hour early and were gone by 4:30. They partially filled the pool and cut in the skimmer and return. Overall, they did an outstanding job. I'm loving having a pool again. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

David showed up the same day I called him, and it was immediately apparent his knowledge of not only remodelling pools was exceptional, but his experience with building pools from scratch and identifying hidden issues the average homeowner wouldn't ever know about was a key differentiator that set David, and All American Pool & Spa apart from the three other big pool builders in town. David identified problems we had wondered about and was able to explain in detail what the risk of not fixing them would be, as well as what would be required. All of it was not good news as far as what we were facing. The previous remodel we did 12 years ago with another company in town had covered up and concealed a host of issues. We especially appreciated Davids direct no nonsense approach to delivering the information - he doesn't pull punches - he tells it like it is. We had problems structurally with our pool - period. If we weren't prepared to address them, then David was not going to work with us. Other big pool companies that came out to quote barely addressed the possible structural concerns - like they thought it was too much effort to work into their quote. Unlike the other contractors, Tony showed up quickly and as promised. He was very professional and friendly, and came with samples and a nice brochure of the products he recommended. We were so impressed with Tony's integrity and honesty, that we didnt even ask to see his other jobs or references. His price was less than all the others, and in one case about 50%. Once he started work, I saw him on every major phase where he spent most of the day working with his crew to be sure the customer would be happy. Each phase was completed as promised and on schedule with no hiccups and his crew were all very polite and hard working, each of them cleaning up after their days work. Tony also referred us for other pool repairs to different vendors, and their work was also excellent. At the end of the job, Tony returned to our home to be certain we were happy campers, and as you can see in the pictures we are! They are a pool company so what does that even mean? By the way, no one ever contacted me in and way. Very unprofessional, I see why their overall Yelp score is 3 stars. It's like a car salesman never tell them, why, because they will throw in bells and whistles to everything you desire for the price you wanna spend. I didn't want to give any budget due to wanting a estimate for what I wanted first then we could go over the needs for the project. Yet this didn't happen, we need the budget... I refuse to give out any price as I am not going to just be sold the World of items I don't want or need. Well my price was $90,000 and only reason why I post it on here now is due to not using them, now you have my budget. If you want honesty go somewhere else, you should never have to give anyone your budget other wise be prepared for all the add ins and extra random costs.

Sabrina just completed my SNWA turf conversion at my home in Boulder City. It turned out better…read morethan I could imagine! Sabrina was great at guiding me through the process - especially what plants would qualify for the conversion program. I wanted my new front landscape to be meaningful to our family. As an Australian American I wanted bottle brush and an Australian tree. Sabrina recommended some other Australian creeping ground cover plants. There are also some Irises as my American Grandmother from the family Ranches in Montana was named Iris. I also wanted a bird of paradise as Vegas was full of them in the 1970s, some aloe for medicinal purposes and Sabrina selected a lipstick colored plant for a pop of color. We selected a white rock ground cover reminiscent of the white rock "Tropical Roofs" that were so prevalent in vintage Vegas. Sabrina had a remnant of high end green turf which she used along my sloping driveway instead of the chunky rock that is usually used on slopes. A much safer choice to step out of the car. I love that Sabrina kept it out of the landfill to my benefit. Sabrina listened and was enjoyable to work with. She is a very talented and lovely person. The workers were amazing and did clean work. Sabrina also designs the best pools I've seen in a 30+ years career as a real estate agent. I've seen a lot of pools. I couldn't be happier!
