Chris was patient in describing the functionality of the various components of our system. He went on to say that our boiler was a cast-iron boiler in good shape and should last for many more years. He said selling me a new one would be dishonest. These two gentlemen were honest, forthright, and patient with me, who has zero knowledge of boilers.
