Not heavy handed at all. She was extremely thorough with the stencil process and continued checking in with me throughout the entire process. She mentioned that she has 16 years of experience and it shows. The conversation and process was all really good. The vibe was great and that's always important to me. I would come back for her and recommend to others. If I had some take aways is that it was SO HOT in there. The front desk worker did bring in a fan which helped but WoW. This place was clean and smoke free which I really appreciate. It also has a 10 dollar yelp check in discount.

They worked with me on time and day, and it was really easy to set up an appointment. They are using technology really well when it comes to communications, paying and check in. Everything was super simple. I had a very basic word tattoo done, and it turned out exactly the way I had hoped it would. Erik was my artist and he said something that really stuck with me. When it was over he thanked me twice, saying, "Thank you for letting me do this." I know it's something simple but it hit home. When I want more ink, I would definitely go back and ask for Erik.
