From the start she was incredibly nice, she read the appointment details (most don't read this) and just asked if there was anywhere I wanted to focus on other than my lower back, glutes and hips. Don't get me wrong I'm not going to say I'm pain free 100%, HOWEVER, I can now move normally, walk, and sit without worrying of any sudden movement.
