I have NEVER been soo impressed with ANY service I've used!! My wife and I just purchased our house 3 months ago, and there was a crazy amount of towering trees (16 to be exact!). I started receiving coupons for many things (as you do when you purchase a home), one of which was tree removal. Among those were A+ Tree and Crane Services. I went online to check out the reviews, and I came across mostly positive ones, with an exception of Rachel W., only then to read that A+ actually resolved Rachel W.'s issue later in the post. MAKING THINGS RIGHT WHEN THEY GO WRONG, I believe, is the mark of a true professional business! So I called them up for a quote. They came out, assessed the area, and gave us a quote my wife and I felt extremely good about! Denise, the staff at A+ was AWESOME! The workers were THE BEST GROUP OF PEOPLE you'd wish to have doing this kind of work. Humongous trees were gone within hours...HOURS...not days! When the tree removal was finished, the workers took a step back, looked at the work, and THEY were saying "wow, this really looks good back here!". They took pride in their own work, and when that happens; they treated my yard like their very own. The yard LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! These guys even took the leaves we piled into the back yard b/c the "leaf people" only picked up twice in the fall...imagine a half acre of leaves piled up!! Now, here's the most awesome part about A+, and why you all should USE NO ONE ELSE, in my eyes: when they were grinding the stump down, a rock...yes...ricocheted and hit the glass window in my kitchen. My wife saw it, texted me a picture, and I immediately started thinking, "OMG, this is terrible". So, I called the office, and told them what happened, only to be told by Denise "Yes, THE OWNER was alerted of this by the workers, and have scheduled someone to come out and replace your window; please send me the pictures of the window. Will tomorrow be a good time?" Once again, I WAS SPEECHLESS at the way this company flawlessly worked everything out...even when something went wrong THEY WERE COMPLETELY ON TOP OF IT! I can say with certainty that you won't find a better company to do your tree removal better than A+ man!! And listen, I'm just an average dude who felt the need to let everyone know my experience. 1 thing went wrong, they didn't try to deny it, they fixed it. Yesterday, I was scheduled to have five trees removed by A+ Tree and Crane Services. The crane arrived early in the afternoon, followed a short time later by the rest of the crew. After a brief meeting, the crew got set up to begin the removal. Once everything was in place, with the precision of a Swiss watch, they got to work. The crew were divided into small teams and once the first tree was cut down it was lifted over to the team running the chipper/shredder and while they were doing their part the crane was already lifting one of the crew members up to the top of another tree to fasten the straps that would enable the crane to lift it out once cut. After the third tree was down, the stump grinding began. By the time the last tree was cut up and branches shredded, the stump grinding was complete. The crew also did a great job of cleaning up and the whole process only took about 2.5 hours. I have quite a few trees still to come down and will be using this company to do the work. Besides doing a great job, they are also insured for any damage or injuries that may occur, which for me, is something that I consider to be important when selecting a company to provide a service, especially when there is a risk of injury. Just had 6 large pine trees removed from the side and the back of my home. Kenneth came out with the crane since trees were so large and close to my house. It was amazing to see how fast and efficient they were in cutting up trees and grinding llimbs. I was concerned at first about my large azalea and a Crape Mrytle tree but they were extremely careful in removing trees right next to them. They grinded up the stumps as in contract and left chips in hole. They did an excellent job on cleaning up everything and the young men were extremely nice and respectful of my property and my neighbors. Would definitely recommend them. I now have lots of sunlight and no more pine needles falling all over my roof and clogging gutters. read more

I highly recommend A+ Tree and Crane Services. We had a tree fall on our home at 9:45 pm. I called their 24/7 line and got immediate assistance. They sent someone to the house overnight, so they had a plan to remove the tree first thing in the morning. It was a large tree with a lot of damage to the home, but they worked quickly and safely to remove it. I was also impressed by the crew. When I was at the house during the removal, every crew member stopped to ask me if everyone was ok. In addition to their hard work, I appreciated the kindness and concern during a difficult event. That is not a fear you need to be concerned with when doing business with A+. They treat you like they know what it feels like to be on your side of the deal. They have been to my house three times to perform services of removing trees and climbing trees to remove limbs. They are always on time and extremely professional. They have always had very good pricing but most of all you want high-quality workers who also show up on time. This company meets all of those expectations, which is hard to find. A+ Crew did a great job trimming branches on my large Oak Tree today and removing my neighbors gum tree. These guys are amazing, like watching a ballet!! Really! No limbs crashed to the ground, there was no standing around talking, no drama or macho bravado. A+ Tree and Crane Services was very professional, knew what they were doing, and worked like a fine oiled machine. They were fast, and cleaned up so well, you would not have known a tree had been cut down. There was also no damage to the lawn, even when they had to take the big tree trunk out with machinery. Highly recommend. Emergency service needed for two dead tree removals, one leaning over a building. After calling, the estimator came out next day and crew the following morning. A+ is A-mazing! They took down 5 very large pines at my North Hills-area home in just 4 hours. That included hauling away all tree trunks, limbs andl debris plus stump-gringing. Great, mindful crew.
