But I buy the membership online eventually because I go here once a week or so and because their staff are unbearable and aggressive - I want to drive thru without being harassed. I go to try it out for the first time armed with only an email and a barcode. The worker didn't seem to know what to do with it. He had to take my phone from me and go out of sight with it for 15-20 minutes which made me very uncomfortable. It didn't work. He comes back. He puts this ugly sticker in my field of view on the windshield and it didn't work for the gate. He did some override to get me thru. Didn't work again. I go back today and again, the gate doesn't open. The lady comes over and says it's expired. I tell her I literally bought it last week. She says must've been a day pass. What?! I paid $30. And you put a sticker on the window for a day pass? After arguing back and forth, and refusing to look at my email proof, she goes and checks. Meanwhile the line is honking at me, yelling things. I just decide to buy a wash since the line was getting hostile and I didn't know if / when she would come back. I was livid. Once I got to the wash area another worker said they would issue me a refund. Awful, awful place.

Additionally, the guy with the long blonde and pink hair is a very kind soul and thinks above his job which critical thinking skills are always appreciated. I also like that there is a restroom where I can clean the brake dust off of me; just bring your own soap and towels. If you're a lady, I would probably use the toilet elsewhere but the bathroom is clean enough with a mirror so A+ there. Really, I had a horrible experience with a major competitor and this place was such a refreshing find! I do the monthly plan which is awesome if you wash your car twice or more a month and they will let you try a wash and vacuum out for free so do yourself a favor and see if you find this experience a little roomier and relaxed.

When I went to the location to use the free wash, I spoke with the manager, Mikey. Unfortunately, she refused to honor the free car wash that I had received through their promotion. What made the experience even worse was that instead of trying to resolve the issue or help me, I was asked to leave and was taken out of the car wash. I followed the instructions Superstar Car Wash provided, received the free wash offer, and expected them to honor it. If there was an issue with the promotion, I would have appreciated the manager taking the time to explain it and find a solution rather than simply refusing the offer and removing me from the car wash. Once you've picked your wash and get the green light, you drive down into the pit and stop when the light turns red. You drive out slowly past the dryers afterwards. Next time I will pull into a parking place and wipe down the car because there were some spots that had been lifted or loosened but just needed a little help, and some water beads. I got the simplest service and you get a token for the self-run vacuums, but I didn't try that. Tesla owners should remember to punch in Controls - Service - Car Wash Mode, and fold the mirrors. This closes the windows and prevents the charge port or trunk from opening, etc. There is no belt pulling you along; you put it in Park, not Free Roll. Car Wash Mode exits once you reach 10 mph.

Self service car wash, no machine drying…read more I come here to wash my vehicle at my own pace and to get all the dirt, dead bugs and mud after road trips. This place has 4 wash bays to accommodate vehicles. There is an easy way to get your car wash here for $4 time yourself right and it can be done or you can go as high on $ as you want. $2 - spray water and scrub, scrub with brush and Soap, get all the dirt out. Take your time, get your car really scrubbed. $2 - then rinse, use all 2.5 min to rinse Taaadaaaaa !! Done! There is no machine drying so I just drive and the car dries itself or you can dry your vehicle yourself, detail it and vacuum the inside, take your time but there is no shade provided here. It gets hot in this area in the summer so early am or evening is best. This location accepts credit or debit cards or cash to get tokens. I prefer this location than the other because is more visible on the street, I can wash my vehicle at 10 pm and feel safe, there is security cameras in this business.

The car came out super clean, inside and out. Dominic was very helpful during checkout, and overall the team was professional and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. There was a little confusion on pricing at first. My Nextdoor neighbor app friends told me to expect a $45 plus a $5 SUV fee, but was initially told $55 by the owner. However, the final charge ended up being $50 for my SUV, which I appreciated that there was no additional charge since my car is midsized. I also made sure to tip 20% to the guy who washed it. Overall, really happy with the service and I'd definitely come back again.

Arkan was a miracle worker with buffing out old scratches! :) I really wasn't too hopeful but wanted to give it a shot and he did it and the car looks new again (he even cleaned up the scratches on the hood from when I dragged a vacuum cable over it.) I'm so happy how it turned out. :) I will be always coming back here to have my car taken care of.
