I watched the employees there dance around my vehicle as though we're invisible while giving attention to others that came out after mine. At some point I needed to freaking go and ask for the manager and got a full refund and a free car wash of equal value for a return visit . Would ask the question would I return to this business I just gave you some of the good and bad that they screwed up but they fixed it. Every time I go to this place, I noticed that they do not vacuum, but where your gearshift is even when you pointed out to them ahead of time, which is why I don't like to tip. I feel like if I tip I'm tipping for good service, which is not what I'm getting there, but you just happen to be the closest place to my house.

My backpack remained in my trunk and was never offered or made available to any employee. I noticed my car was taking longer than usual to come through which was unusual. When I finally received my car back, I was handed my SPARE key -- a key stored deep inside my backpack. I did not give this key to anyone. There is no way an employee could have accessed this key without going through my personal belongings without my knowledge or consent. When my husband brought this to the manager's attention, the manager located my original key sitting on the driver tire -- confirming the attendant had it the whole time. When the manager asked his employee directly whether he went into my backpack, the employee denied it. That denial is not credible. The spare key did not remove itself from deep inside my bag. This was a clear violation of my privacy and personal property. I was lied to by staff and the situation was not properly addressed by management.

I have reposted this review with that correction. I have never been to this Casa de Oro Car Wash. I took my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback in today for a complete interior/exterior detail since I spilled an entire venti caramel macchiato on the passenger seat, which just soaked it all up. I was hesitant because of the poor reviews, but it's very close to my house so I figured I'd see for myself. I was amazed when I picked up my car 2 hours later! She looked like she did when she was brand new! They were friendly and really cared about making sure I was happy, as they told me to check it and made sure any last minute wipe downs were taken care of before I drove off. I am completely satisfied and will definitely be returning.

However, I've had several major issues here, and the biggest issue by far is that on numerous occasions, I have paid for one time washes or a temporary subscription that I canceled, only to have repeat withdrawals from my account. I have even gone in person to politely resolve this, and the issues keep returning. I've had to report this so many times to my bank, it's become a joke at this point. I have heard this from other people who have used this service as well. I have also had times where I was not told how to adjust my car and put it into neutral, leading to some dangerous circumstances, for my car and others were almost damaged in the washer. And I've had times where I've paid a good amount of money to get my car cleaned, only to have the machine rush my car through faster than usual and leave consistently worse results each time. Additionally, they have massively raised their prices within the last few years, far more than should be normal for an establishment like this. And the vacuums have not been fixed/had maintenance done on them in a while; unfortunately, I don't bother using them anymore, since they are limited in number and availability, and they have about the same amount of strength as a cheap portable hand dryer. I wish that I could promote this place more, but I simply can't and it has been a legitimate pain on my bank account, costing me hundreds of extra dollars that I did not approve. I hope that they can resolve these issues for myself and many other customers who would otherwise be happy to pay for service this year and what is admittedly a very convenient physical location.
