Went to an estate sale in Covina hills July 10th-13 Items were a bit overpriced but there were so many good finds here and there. We came back to a 75% sale and found a lot of good things and vintage clothing. I would recommend going when 50% sales happen, usually day 2 possibly 75% on day 3 Day one just hope you find good items and you get a good price. Workers are very friendly and kind. This was a bit of an odd stop for me. They had a huge lit up open sign with their doors wide open and as we walked up someone stopped us to tell they were closed. It felt super dismissive like we were not worth the time. Cut us off really quick and walked away talking over their shoulder like we did not deserve being spoken to face to face saying you can come back tomorrow. I understand they closed 7 minutes before we got there. It's just a bit jarring to be blown off as a customer. Finishing a conversation face to face with someone who wants to support your business seems like the least a business can do when they have a lit up open sign and open doors. I don't think we'll be back, not a particularly welcoming vibe. read more

Went to one of their estate sales and as an average estate sale goer, their prices were outrageous and also i was quoted one price and when i came back with the cash it was $10 more than she originally quoted and would not budge and honestly was quiet rude about it. The entire circle wasn't happy. I along with two others agree with me. Even several neighbors said the sale running was "Sketchy". Everything that I mention did occur. You sold my Christmas trees that were given to me by the OWNER. I told Charles on the first day about my items in the house and he wanted to immediately argue with me saying that "There's nothing in the house that belongs to anyone". Which was not true. I along with one others had items that were not to be sold. And the food in the refrigerator thrown out. This was all told to both Sonia and Charles. And they were sold anyway. This seems to be a pattern after reading the other negative reviews that all say the exact same things in terms of how sales were ran. So there must be something to it. read more

We attended the first day this estate sale at Pomona, the woman in charged Sonia was mean and disrespectful to buyers, prices were so exorbitant that lots of people, left without buying anything. Im not sure how I would feel if I was the person that this estate belong to, she supposed to served the family, and get the best prices and offers, to the remaining family. There are no words to describe the service you get from A Vintage Walk. When our mother died and we needed to empty her house out, it was an overwhelming and sad prospect. Also when your mother passes at 102 you yourself are no youngster. I had interviewed several other estate sale services but as soon as I met Sonia and Charles I immediately felt in my gut that the search was over. I hired them on the spot, best decision I could have made. From then on they took over EVERYTHING. They kept me notified of the ad they placed along with pictures of how they staged the house, texted at the end of each days sale to update me. First thing is the owners Sonia and Charles are two of the nicest people I know. I have been going to their Estate Sales for several years now. I have been an antique dealer for 25 years and have gone to many estate sales. I live in the Santa Monica area but have no problem driving to A Vintage Walk estate sales wherever they are being held. I have found some really cool things over the years at their sales and the staging is sooooo amazing. Sonia has a real knack for making a place look beautiful and inviting. After 25 years of being an Antique Dealer I have seen many companies come and go over the years. I have now become way more selective about which companies I will shop from and A Vintage Walk is on the top of my list. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a "professional and very competent" company to run their estate sale. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had been working on clearing out our parent's house for months. It seemed like it was never-ending. A Vintage Walk came and handled it so quickly. Sonia and Charles were extremely helpful and worked with us to get it all taken care of. It took them maybe a week to get the house all cleaned up and set up. The house looked so amazing when they were done, I wanted to visit my parents more often! After the sale was over, they worked to clear out the house separating it into donations (which they removed for us) and trash. We then just had to clear out the trash. A few weeks back I hired Sonia and a Vintage Walk for an estate sale.  I have nothing but praise and thanks for Sonia and her team. It should be noted that I initiated this estate sale from across the country, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the start they were professional, accommodating and very pleasant. As examples, during the preparation for the sale, she uncovered some things that I hadn't realized were there, and upon seeing some of the pictures she took for the sale, I merely told her I would like to keep those items.  Within moments she had those items set aside and de-listed. Further, Sonia was prompt, immediately available via text as well as over the phone, and very easy to talk with.  After the sale, Sonia and her team took somethings I didn't want to a donation facility, and left anything I decided I wanted to keep.  They even offered to help put those things back.  The fact that I was able to have this sale from 3000+ miles away and am pleased with the experience and the outcome is a true testament to Sonia and the integrity of their business.  I would highly recommend! A vintage walk is one of my favorite antique stores. There's always unique items they're displayed beautifully and with class. And the best part is when you enter the store you're greeted and when you leave the store you're thanked for coming that's a really nice gesture .
