Problem was straight forward breaker burn out. Had none on hand. Struggled to find out if main office had one. They brought wrong part. Had to drive to Mississauga for the part. One hour job took four, and cost twice to three times what it should have cost. Will hire another company next time even though this one installed furnace. Not under warranty anymore anyway. Company incompetent.
