After i booked online, the inspector, Dabo contacted me right away to confirm the details, and he arrived at the dealership on time. Even though the vehicle wasn't there (in a warehouse), he waited for them to bring the vehicle to the dealership. Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. In addition, I feel like the price inspectiver charges for doing a pre-purchase inspection is quite reasonable. If i had to buy another vehicle, i would use inspectiver again.

Beyond being highly knowledgeable (which he absolutely is), Tim is also generous with his time. I rent one of my trailers, and he even offered to help with transport if I ever needed it. He also referred me to a trusted dealer for additional solar panels. Tim told me he was happy to provide "free advice" via text or phone, and unfortunately for me, I needed it sooner than expected. True to his word, he helped me troubleshoot over a handful of texts. When it became clear that the issue required an in-person visit, he immediately offered times to come back out. First and foremost, the customer service I received from start to finish was second to none. The moment I walked in, I was instantly greeted and welcomed for visiting the shop. I explained to the sales rep that my tire sensors were not functioning and, as a result, I was unable to verify when my tires needed air. I also wanted to have my tires inspected because I noticed extensive wear on all four. The sales rep advised me to give him a couple of minutes and that he would be right with me, and left the office. I waited at the counter for four minutes when the sales rep returned and advised me, "Yes, you are definitely going to need four new tires." What! He inspected my tires? How did he know what I drove?? The sales rep mentioned that I came in two months before having my tires properly inflated, and he remembered that I drove a grey-colored pickup. UNBELIEVABLE memory! Wow, I was truly impressed, as I was not the only customer in the shop, and there were other pickups parked in the lot. I was quoted a fair price for a set of new tires, as I had received quotes from three other tire shops, and this shop beat them all by a wide margin. I was also quoted $35.00 per sensor, the lowest price I found, and $20.00 less than any other shop for a wheel alignment. I was extremely happy with the quote for the entire package and decided to have all the work and new tires installed in this shop. I was advised that it would take three to four hours to complete all the work, which I happily agreed to. I left the shop and went home. Two and a half hours later, I received a text message stating that my truck was ready for pickup, as all the work had been completed. I could not believe the lightning-fast service I had received. Within ten minutes, I was on the ship picking up my truck with new tires, and I was extremely satisfied. I truly wish to thank the entire staff for being so welcoming, friendly, and professional, and for the great customer service. On this day, I became a loyal customer.

The tire delivery was super quick, and scheduling the install was insanely easy. When I arrived, the lobby was pretty full, which actually made me feel better seeing how busy they were. I went on June 1st around 1:30 PM, and the guy at the front counter (sorry, didn't catch his name) was fantastic. He greeted me right away, kept me updated throughout my wait, and stayed professional and friendly even though the phone was constantly ringing. The techs were great too. They didn't try to push unnecessary work and only recommended an alignment, showing me picture proof of why it was needed. I'm a young girl, so of course I still call my dad and ask him about everything lol. I showed him the photos and price, and he told me it was a great deal and to go ahead with it. When I asked if they could do the alignment that same day, they fit me in immediately with no hassle. I also appreciated that when I paid cash and they didn't have the exact change, the guy told me not to worry about the small bill.
