David performed a full machine sanding (1k grit) on the hull sides, top deck side walls, and flat surfaces, followed by a heavy cut 3M compound with a rotary, then a DA polish to remove all haze and light swirls. He finished it off with a ceramic coating, and the results are flawless. He also treated and removed water spots from the windows, applied a protective wax coating, and did a full compartment cleaning in all areas. On top of that, he thoroughly cleaned the interior, scrubbed the teak wood floor, windows, and cushions--everything looks fresh, spotless, and professionally restored. David's attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in his craft really stand out. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about the end result and treats your boat like it's their own, David is the guy. I explained to the guy that I've been wanting to have my car detailed for a while but my schedule is really crazy and I never know what I'm doing from day-to-day lately. he asked me if he could call me right back after he tried to work some things out on his schedule. He called me back within 5 minutes and said he would be over within the hour to detail my car. The guy who arrived (Adam) was prompt and nice. He had all of the equipment needed to clean my car including the water! He detailed my car from top to bottom inside and out. He also used a clay bar and cleaned all door jambs, shampooed the carpet, clean all of the seats with leather cleaner and special moisturizer, detailed around all of the vents and even fixed a spot that was on my carpet. He charges less than a big car washes that detail and he will come directly to you. I'll never go to a big car wash chain again. This experience was great and allowed me to stay home to get some chores done. I will definitely have him back again in the future. My car looked brand-new when he was done with it and it is 2 years old!

Took them 2, nearly 3 months to complete an engine swap with the engine already provided. Did not…read morecommunicate through out the process of the engine replacement, when called about updates would give vague answers or repeat what they said the following day. Only after already swapping engines did they raise concerns about the condition or quality of the engine being put in. Price charged was nearly double what was quoted at other shops while the quality of work was subpar. Every time I was told I'd be called back I was not and they acted shocked when I would just call them back myself before they closed. Not once was did they ever return a call not even when the work was allegedly finished. Upon getting my car back, immediately noticed they left my cars lights that were previously off on. This led to upon making it home my battery outright dying. I recharged it myself but it was only ever able to hold half the capacity, the car was now also randomly stalling out so I replaced the alternator myself and till had the same issue. When I raised concerns over the repairs they had it towed back and only reviewed the engine swap work after saying they would figure out what's the issue. They spent about a week going over it and ended up only replacing the battery that had I already had warranty for. I was once again able to make it home and to work a single day before breaking down. This time they offered just a tow and told me I'd have to pay to have it diagnosed. Overall a very overpriced shop, which huge gaps in communication and clarity, though I feel that is by design.

There are 25+ bays to move your vehicle to after it's washed for a free do it yourself vacuum job. That's a lot! I inspected my wash job before I left the parking lot, and it was very good.
