Turn signal did not light up, to replace bulb $63, part was $3.50 Second opinion, reservoir had pressure, not cracked. $200 coolant fluid exchange not needed. Coolant was low, thermostat was not damaged or malfunctioning. 1 jug of coolant and OODLY, bulb worked, just needed to screw it back in and I was GOOD TO GO Shame on Tires Plus, how dare you and who else have you done this to?

Look, I love my truck--but not enough to sell a kidney every time it needs an oil change. Precision Tune Auto Care is where I go when I want my truck to run and still afford groceries. The team here does real work at real-people prices. I once got a quote from a dealership that made me briefly consider just setting my truck on fire and starting over. Then Precision Tune fixed the same issue for about what the dealership wanted to charge me just to pop the hood. And the best part? While folks are across the street at Costco paying nearly double for the same oil, same filter, and same repair (probably sprinkled with unicorn dust?), I'm over here sipping vending machine coffee and still leaving with both arms and legs attached. They don't try to upsell me a spaceship. They don't speak in cryptic mechanic riddles. I didn't have to make an appointment, I just came in when they opened, and I was out of there within 15 minutes. They didn't charge me at all for the inspection, which is incredibly uncommon. And they found not one thing wrong with my car. Yes, you read that right. Not one thing. That sounds weird to a lot of people like me, because anytime I go in for something as simple as an oil change, there are about 10 other things that need to be maintained and paid for. On top of that, they were so nice! And attentive! I was still so shocked, that I kept mentioning specific things like my brake pads, the tread on my tires, my oil, and they just kept reassuring me that everything was in really good condition. I just found it so hard to believe that I could walk into an auto mechanic for an inspection, and walk out paying absolutely nothing, not even for the time it took them to inspect my car. So because I'm writing this review based on my experience, I cannot comment on prices nor quality of work. But I do think the fact that I walked out having paid nothing, shows me that this is the first honest mechanic I've ever come across. And I will definitely be back for the next bit of maintenance that needs to be done on my car. When I do that, I will absolutely update my review regarding pricing and quality of work.

I'm only down for the weekend to visit my baby sister for her birthday. I thought it would only take 45 mins which was what the guy at the front told us when we came in. First of all they made me pay the entire amount before any service was done. Pretty weird . Even when I get just an oil change from a place they don't make me pay until AFTER the service. Anyway, 45 minutes go by and I'm sitting there watching my car not even be touched or brought to the back or even looked at for that matter. Like I said i am only down here for my baby sisters birthday so I am starting to get impatient as the last thing I want is to be waiting at a mechanic. We finally decided to ask how much longer it would be. I work in customer service so I am as patient as I possibly can be. The guy says they haven't even done the oil change yet. What were you doing? We watched people walk in after us and get their car fixed and leave before us. Absolutely ridiculous. Well he comes back out and tells us they are doing the alignment and it'll be done in 35. 15 mins go by and he tells us they're done.. okay. We pull out of the lot and our car is PULLING to the right. Did they even do an alignment at all? Who knows. We brought it right back and told them that it's still pulling and they tried to blame it on MY tires. Also side note, l'm not sure how any professional could drive my car and think it's normal to pull to the riaht like that.. are there even at this point we are waiting outside for another 45 mins and then they finally bring the car out. The mechanic didn't even look us in the face or even apologize for the massive inconvenience. The only person to apologize for anything is the dangly cross earring guy. We leave the lot and (it is now AFTER 5pm) .. somehow it is even worse than before. How is the possible to leave a mechanic with MORE problems then you came in with?? I am now in the passenger seat of the car scared for our lives because the car is shaking. So. Bad. Not only did the not do the alignment they somehow made it practically undrivable. DO NOT COME HERE. It was a waste of time, effort, and money. I now have to find another mechanic that will probably charge me more for the damage that THIS place did to my car. I didn't want to write this review but it was needed. This place needs to shape up and re align their attitude. I want a refund and I WILL be charging back for the services I never received so that I can pay for someone to fix the absolute mess they made of my car. Pictures do not do it justice but don't worry,l have plenty of videos if anyone wants to see and I will be sending over. Completely and utterly unbelievable. I couldn't even drive to work today.
