The only thing I'd recommend is some kind of bell or way to notify staff you're in the lobby area. I was very concerned when my oil pressure dropped to 0. I had to tow the vehicle (Chevy Express work van) to the garage where the mechanic there suggested I go to a good engine shop. Brought my car in for a small oil leak and oil change. When I picked up my car and $436 later, I had to return to the shop because it was misfiring and running shaky and rough. It was discovered two cylinder wires were left unplugged. As I drove away the second time, the car sputtered and died in the middle of the road. I ran back to the shop and picked up the mechanic. It was then discovered he had placed black putty around my distributer wires for no known reason. When the engine heated up, it melted the putty, causing the wires to become disconnected. It should be known there were no drivability issues with the car when I brought it in. It now sputters when accelerating, misfires and shoots black fluid out the tail pipes upon startup. None of these issues were present when I brought the car in. I currently have it in another shop to fix whatever mess they did to my car. And to boot...they parked my car in the back lot when they finished. A few kids cutting through the lot were seen throwing rocks at parked cars. A rock was thrown at my passenger door, causing $1,536 worth of damage which had to be fixed at a body shop. You couldn't pay me to come back to Prestige. I would rather let Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles work on my car than let them anywhere near it again. And Ray Charles is dead. . read more

I had been holding off on getting my air conditioner fixed because the weather has been nice and I thought it would cost me hundreds of dollars. I walked in today and told Steve I think I might need some Freon. Also I needed an oil change. I was informed that an oil change included a tire rotation and was asked if would I like one. Never was asked that before! I ended up spending under $200 for the whole thing! They vacuumed out the air-conditioner and recharged it. Took my truck to get the HID lights installed and a remote starter five days later the remote starter was not installed and not only the HID lights didn't work but more problems start with the lights that worked before. Then the order new part for the already new HID kit. Three trips later and wasting my time no remote starter, no functioning lights and excuse after excuse lies after lies ask them for my money back.
