Most HONEST business. I love this place!! Besides the fact that the people who work here all have the best personalities they do solid work. Today, I brought my Mercedes by for an oil change. I haven't driven the car in a long time so I thought this was going to be a nightmare. However, I didn't need an oil change. They checked all my fluids and put air in my tires and said "Have a nice day!" No charge !! I'm floored!!! They could've charged me a small fortune for nothing, but they didn't. What a wonderful experience today at the oil connection. Got there and within a half an hour I had my oil changed, tire pressure, checked, and new windshield wiper blades installed! Everything was done, efficiently , and I was treated with respect! Their basic oil change is $39.95, full synthetic is $69.95! they are open all the time but they do not take appointments. The most you'll have to wait is maybe a half an hour. Definitely give them a shot if you're in the area and need an oil change! read more

The service is great, the staff is friendly and they get the job done quickly at a reasonable price. A diamond in the ruff! Went for an oil change on a Sunday around 12pm, called ahead just to ensure they were door. And on the first ring someone answered. Went in and within 20 mins oil was charged, all engine fluids and tire pressure was checked and topped off as needed. Cost was worth it for $120.00 mobile 1 synthetic oil 7 quarts. These guys were very professional and know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend and be back again for my next service. No price gouging and honest people. A+ for sure. Honestly, I hate doing anything car related, especially when it comes to taking it somewhere and having to deal with someone selling me something for my car. I'm not a car person so I assume they're trying to screw me over. Based on reviews of the Oil Connection I thought I would give it a try, has to be better than Jiffy Lube, right? I pulled in and was immediately greeted by a guy, who was very friendly and welcoming. I have to be completely honesty- everyone there was great. All nice guys. Car guys are always intimidating to me because again, I know zero about cars, and it's like a right of passage as a guy to know how cars work, but these guys didn't make me feel that way at all. All I came in was for an oil change. I paid about $35, still less than Jiffy and it's a local business so I'm ok with that. They pulled out my cabin air filter and tried to sell me a new one. Here we go, I thought. I declined because my car is a lease. Who cares I thought. In one of the reviews they said it'll take 15 minutes. This took 5 minutes at most. Yeah, I was the only car there but still- that's freaking fast. When I paid the guy said I need to eventually change the filter and then asked me if I ever noticed a musty smell in the car. The day before I just bought items to clean my car for that reason. I said yes, so then I ended up paying $25 for the filter which they say is normally $45 at the dealer. Did they overcharge me, who knows, but I don't care at this point because they solved a huge problem I wanted solved. I would have paid more at that point so I have to thank them. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone who needs pretty much any type of car maintenance. They do an amazing job and thanks to Yelp I was able to find them. read more

This place is the F'ing $hit. Good review so far huh...LOL. I have been bringing my cars here for over 10 years and these guys do great work. Its privately owned and the owner is usually there working not just supervising, working. There is a difference. He takes a lot of pride in his work and the work of his employees. Which mind you, the same two guys who work with the owner have been there for years which is another good sign that a business/owner is doing the right thing. I always get the full synthetic oil in my car and it takes no longer that 15 minutes depending if they have other vehicles in the bays. They have three bays total and service is fast. Look, no one likes to get their oil changed. Mechanics usually (in my experience) try to up-sell you on everything, tell you that you need a new air filter (literally every single time even if the damn thing is brand new) and/or tell you that your car is going to die halfway down the road if you don't give them X amount of money to fix it (I've had multiple experiences like this. Just me?) Going to Oil Connection is nothing like this. The people that work their are extremely friendly, the prices are reasonable, they are ridiculously fast, and it turned an errand that I usually put of (and put off and put off) into something I no longer dread doing knowing that I can pop in and get my oil changed without all the hassle. Tried calling to make an appointment an they don't make appointments... first time I ever called or was going to check out the place for a new oil change spot but can't afford to come in and risk waiting 45 minutes as some people are on a tight schedule... an need to know that when they come in there car is going to be worked on right away... Awful customer service. When you refuse their service due to this poor customer service, be prepared to get threatened by the manager as you drive away. The entire time I was there it seemed like I was such a bother to the manager. That's fine, Oil Connection will NOT be getting my patronage. I do not recommend unless you'd like to be threatened by the manager as you drive away in case you change your mind about receiving their service. Also, their oil changes are suspiciously fast...might want to make sure they aren't scamming you in the entirety. They are hustlers .... tried to play me because I am a woman . The best part is when i returned to prove them wrong with my manual in hand ..... the woman being serviced at the time said they tried to play her for a fool too! If you are a woman do not bother to go there and be insulted on your intelligence about your car and what oil it uses. Tried to bully me into an uneccessary 80.00 sythentic oil when NO CAR in america REQUiREs synthetic oil OnLy it is just tecommended. Read your MANUALS! Warranty will NOT be void if conventional oil is used instead. Brand new vehicles do not need an 80.00 oil change . Smh! He literally tried to tell me maam i cannot put the other oil in!
