Do not, I repeat do not bring your rims here to get mounted…read more First of all I brought my rims and own tires in to get mount and balanced. Simple task right? Well I brought the tires and rims and left them in the car bays like the front desk person told me to. I had to run errands so they told me about 1-2 hours. 2 hours pass and I call to check and see if my wheels were done and I was told that they couldn't find my tires? I explained that the tires are there in the car bay. So basically nothing was done in those two hours and no one called me. In the end my wheels were finally done and when I picked my wheels up there's gouges on the inside of the rims and was told that the machine they had had to grip the rims from the inside since they were too big. If this was going to cause damage then either explain the risks or don't do it. Damaged all four rims on the inside barrel but what can I do. I wasn't offered compensation for the damages. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your wheels here.

They've saved me money time and time again after a dealership suggested something needed fixing that didn't. One time, I was in there and a guy was arguing (good-naturedly) with Tom, insisting that he pay for some work that Mad Hatters had done. Tom was insisting that he not pay, because the work wasn't quite right or something. How often do you see a customer insisting to pay for something, and a business insisting the customer NOT pay?
