Did a search for nearby stores selling Bosch, and not only is O'Reilly's nearby BUT they will install them for you! Neil was near the door when I walked in, he saw me carrying one of my wipers and asked right away how he could help. He gave me a few options and he had his coat on to head outdoors (on this freezing morning) before I could even get my wallet back in my purse. He advised me not to fix it. Easier and better to get a new phone through my provider. He wouldn't take any money for his work but I gave him cash. He is very good and trustworthy. I have never had the work on my phone before. I have to say do not be turned off by the appearance of the store front. The windows have been cracked due to vandalism and Max is waiting on getting things fixed. Like many fix it shops there are things all over the place getting fixed and pulled apart...but after asking questions and getting answers I can tell you that Max deserves a great review. He charged me $300 to replace my phone screen, claiming it was an original part, but it didn't work properly and I ended up having to buy a new phone anyway. What upsets me the most is not the money, but the way customers are treated. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service. I never felt respected or valued as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. Complete nonsense and lack of respect for customers. I didn't buy that part and only wasted my time . I don't recommend anyone do business with Quirk, they are a joke and highway thieves. They take you as fools and tell you one price on the text/ phone and different price when you come to pick it up. It happened yesterday May 8, about 5 PM.
