Buyer beware if you're ordering directly from this company's website. I recommend purchasing through eBay instead. When you buy through eBay, sellers are required to provide tracking information, and you have the added protection of eBay's customer support if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering directly from this company's website. I placed my order several days ago and still haven't received any tracking information or a response to my customer service inquiries. Their communication has been extremely disappointing, especially for an order that I urgently need. If you decide to buy from this company, I'd strongly suggest using a third-party marketplace like eBay for the added buyer protection and accountability. Hopefully, this saves someone else from the frustration I've experienced. **Updated review** I originally wrote my review before my package arrived because I was so frustrated. A few days later, I finally got a tracking number, and USPS marked my package as delivered but it wasn't. After going to the post office in person, I found out my package had been shipped to the wrong address, even though I had confirmed my correct address with the company beforehand and received a text saying everything was correct. I even took a picture of the package showing the wrong address. The fact that I had to go to the post office and chase down this important car part is ridiculous. Very rude and without much knowledge employees at the counters at both Chrysler parts and Quincy wholesale parts. They both lied. The first location Chrysler parts they had the part but sent me to another wholesale parts location. This location would not sell me the part at the price that I had inquired before coming and had the text on my phone with the price to prove it . They wanted more money. Complete nonsense and lack of respect for customers. I didn't buy that part and only wasted my time . I don't recommend anyone do business with Quirk, they are a joke and highway thieves. They take you as fools and tell you one price on the text/ phone and different price when you come to pick it up. It happened yesterday May 8, about 5 PM. read more

DO NOT DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! First off they don't have a phone number to call. They cancel legitimate orders because you used a VPN! Their customer service told me to buy somewhere else. How dumb are these people that they hire terrible employees too. I'm glad they did cancel because I don't want to give them a penny for accusing people of fraud before they even make a purchase. Share this on social media, file BBB complaints, google and yelp reviews. Boycott them because they do not know how to run a company. I bought a part from QuirkParts off eBay for $725 to ship to my house. The buying and shipping were fine. My local shop who said I needed the part later said they were wrong so I was ultimately stuck with the part. QuirkParts approved a return on eBay (I will say, they don't list their number anywhere and bc it would be shipping freight, I needed a number for their physical warehouse for the part to be returned and it took multiple calls, emails and getting eBay involved to finally get QP to give me a number). In the end however, shipping this part back (that was sold and came to me for $725) proves impossible bc of its large size. I was given quotes from UPS, FedEx and others for as low as $650 and as high as $1000+. So idk how the part was able to come to me for so cheap. In the end, the part arrived and QP was somewhat workable around the return l. But the fact that the part was so $$$ to return, left me with a sour taste and QP gets some of the blame. read more

0 stars. I made an order for a part for my car, the merchant canceled it immediately. with some bogus explanation that didn't even make sense. I had to proceed to chase down my refund for TWO months, with the company claiming they couldn't refund me because "pay-pal was down" continuously for 2 months (yeah right). eventually I kept complaining and they told me to just dispute it with my bank. Horrible service, don't care about their customers, and never offered any other way of refunding or compensation... except to just go handle it myself. wasted my time. awful company. probably not even legit. don't waste your time, money, or sanity. read more

115 E Howard St, Quincy, MA 02169 This is the address for Quirk Parts. They will not answer their phone. If you try to email them they keep asking you for the part number over and over again. This is the eighth time that I've tried to reach them by email and I keep getting the same automated response. It's amazing how they'll fulfill my order that I placed on eBay but they will not respond to emails or phone calls. You're not even able to reach a live body by phone. Amazing how they will take your money, but they will not provide any sort of customer service. Hopefully this gets back to the correct individuals with this organization. To add onto my original review here I just received an email communication after my eighth or ninth attempt over a three week. And was told that they do not have the parts in stock. I will point out that this organization advertises parts being in stock and that you can receive them within a week, so be aware that they do a lot of false advertising, and that you will need to get frustrated and harass them until they finally answer your question , so be very weary about doing business with this organization. read more

I'd give a ZERO if that were a choice. I ordered a part and it looked different than what was shown on their website. Their policy is that an item can't be returned if the package was opened. I opened the chat box and asked if there was a removable piece on the part that I ordered as I didn't need it. The response was to advise me to contact a dealership or repair shop for installation or operation inquiries. And, that they couldn't provide the information I was asking for as they aren't mechanics. Well, duh, but wouldn't you think they'd have some simple knowledge of parts they sell? I purchased the wrong part for my Subaru and sent them an email requesting directions for sending it back and replacing it with the correct part. I have received no response from the email and their phone number is as elusive as a UFO. Very sad. read more

Whatever you do don't order anything from Quirk's website. I made the mistake of assuming they were a legitimate business... I ordered a fender flare for my Jeep... yes, I ordered the right make, model and year and what I got did not match so they said send it back ... but my original total cost was $229 ... but the cheapest cost to send it back from Nashville to Boston was $152 which they claimed I had to pay... even though it was their fault. It's not like I changed my mind and didn't want the part, Quirk advertised it as one thing but sent me something else... wish I could give less than 0 stars read more

Ordered a trailer brake control March 5th, delivered March 22nd and it was the wrong part. Immediately ordered the correct part again explained situation and paid the up charge for faster shipping. Quirk ignored the request on my order and sent me the part with 11 days delivery. So I canceled the order for the new part and shipped the original incorrect part back. Quirk confirmed afterwards that they could rush me the part, but I told them to cancel and they agreed. April 1st I recieved another part I did not open the box as I got the part from another supplier, I asked Quirk for a return label for the order I had canceled. Quirk gave me push back and advised they hadn't sent me anything, so I sent them a picture of the box label. Then they told me I was responsible to ship the part back today April 3rd. Extremely disorganized company, terrible communication, not a business you want to work with. read more
