Not only did he reply he did, but told me that if I needed to come by a little after he closed he would stick around and stay open to help me. The shop is super clean, well organized, and has great variety. The best part though? The owner's passion. It really shows through when speaking to him, and he offered some ideas for the future. I ended up buying a new tap while was there based on his recommendation, and it works great. I'll definitely return to shop there again.

Liquor stores supermarkets none of them did it. My buddy Norm found Homebrew here in Las Vegas and the owner. Steve answered the phone. I found him very knowledgeable about kegerators. He had he had the CO2 tanks and I went to his place. He has supplies for making homemade wine and homemade beer and parts for kegerator. Steve was very knowledgeable about what I had and what I needed. When I got home, I put everything together and found out this kegerator had other problems. Steve answered the phone. He walked me through a bunch of fixes, but it turned out that I need some new parts went back over. It was really helpful on everything but he was missing one or two parts that he had to order. And it will be up and running next week. You can tell Steve has a passion about what he does very helpful great guy and I will definitely be doing more business with him and absolutely recommend him to anybody who's doing these things

I recently visited Jet Gasket to purchase a gasket for a blender that was made in Korea. Parts are not available in the USA. I went there about 15 minutes before closing, and they got out a micrometer to check the size of the part I needed. The brought out the exact size O-Ring I needed, with two different options, one which was about the same size, and one that was slightly oversized. This is exactly what I needed. They had friendly and helpful customer service, even when I was just there for a single gasket for my purpose.

We purchased 72 pint glasses with custom screen printing. The website claims that these are "a…read moredurable and long-lasting imprint... dishwasher safe for commercial and residential use." Unfortunately, all of the recipients of the glasses, including myself personally, have seen that the screen printing is wearing off after being washed only a couple of times. I am very disappointed in this product, it does not at all meet the standard that was described. Customer service was not at all helpful, they took no responsibility for the inferior product and tried to put the blame on me for using "highly acidic soap," which is not the case (as evidenced by the fact that many different people had the same experience of very rapid wear to the product regardless of brand of soap used). Do not recommend.
