I am very disappointed in this product, it does not at all meet the standard that was described. Customer service was not at all helpful, they took no responsibility for the inferior product and tried to put the blame on me for using "highly acidic soap," which is not the case (as evidenced by the fact that many different people had the same experience of very rapid wear to the product regardless of brand of soap used). This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of transparency about the pricing. Clear and honest estimates should be provided before sending a technician so customers can make an informed decision. For your information, I did called GE before calling these tech, the extended warranty is $350 to cover everything. My GE washer is front load purchased by 2022.

When I called Special T's, Taunya answered the phone. I explained the issue and she was happy to help. She sent Chris out to analyze the intermittent problem. She also called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK if he came early. He disassembled the front of the dryer and checked everything out. He made some adjustments to max temperature. He told me if it continues to happen, it's probably a part that is only about $60.He was very thorough and polite. The fridge was incorrectly diagnosed the part ordered did not work and he did not complete the work, and has returned the incorrect part kept all our funds. No resolution, no refund, and completely unprofessional communication. This is a warning to others: do not hire Myles or you risk losing your money and getting incomplete work.
