Mr. Hood delivered my truck a couple months ago and made sure my truck got to the port on time to be shipped by Matson. He called me to let me know about damage that happened to my camper shell and even though it took months to get the parts sourced He readily paid for the labor and material to make my trucks camper shell like new! I just want to say that Corey is truly a great guy all around. Someone vandalized my bike in an attempt to steal it. Because of the damage, the bike's steering column was locked; to make matters worse, the bike was made immobile in a subterranean garage, meaning it would take extra effort to get it to the tow truck. Corey helped to solve all the related problems and had all the right tools. His positivity and problem solving skills helped me to get out of a difficult situation. I can't recommend him enough. read more

A1 partnered with Don at 2 Wheel Soul motorcycle towing, this review reflects on service for both but performed by Don who was great with timing and communication as well as reasonable prices. His care when loading up was impressive and made me feel totally comfortable leaving my BMW K1200s in his care. He contacted with a photo to show delivery at the service shop and that it arrived in the same condition it left my house in. read more

Had a slow leak in a tire. A1 Cycle Towing came out to my location promptly and expertly plugged up the tire so I could get on the road again. They were extremely pleasant to deal with, and very efficient in getting the work done. Cannot recommend them enough! I just want to say thank you to Corey for the exceptional service he provided. Corey made the experience feel effortless. I called for a jump start but my battery was long gone and would not hold a charge. He found an exceptional deal for me on a brand name battery with a 3 year warranty. Then he pointed out how dangerous one of my tires was to drive on (metal on the inside exposed - see pic) and was able to source a replacement tire locally, pick it up, deliver it and install it all in less than an hour. What a great way to start a new year my bike stalled on a first a day of a new year and been calling bunch of places to see affordable towing and came across this guy. It was less than a mile tow . When I hit a pothole and dropped my ninja 400 i had to wait over 3hrs for triple a's third party towing company to showup and i eventually cancelled due to the long wait. Requested the services of this company and they gave excellent service, and fast replies. Not gonna lie i thought i was gonna wait at least an hour before they were gonna arrive. Came up in 20min and dropped it off without any damage. Definitely gonna hit them up if I need towing. read more

I was referred to just tow company from a guy that I thought I was going to do business with who was less than professional so I had my thoughts and concerns even before I called. But to my surprise it turned to be a gem. It's amazing how in life we expectedly find the good out of the bad situation ! I've seen it many times the esspecially in the church and throughout my my life. Cory is every bit of professional, kind and helpful. His communication is great, which is not usually the case in this business. I've used him on a couple of occasions since bcuz I have an Auto Repair business. I ended up speaking with a nice individual and he quoted us half the price. They came to our rescue and had to bring a flatbed due to the type of vehicle we had. He drove us all the way from Lynwood to the Valley. It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Friendly and knowledgable, he works hard to make sure you understand what he's doing, and is professional and polite at every step along the way. Will clearly cares and takes great pride in what he does. He's the only person I will be going to for my automotive service needs from now on. Highly recommended.

Had to leave the car at a gas station because AAA didn't have a tow truck for me at that hour. Told me it'd be 5-6 hours.... Not cool so left the car and went home via uber. Next day I get to the car but before I did, at 10:50am AAA told me a tow truck would arrive between 11:45-12:45. Great. Got to the car at 11:20am, and waited and waited and waited. Was assigned to a tow person which btw the reception extremely rude over the phone, told me it'll be actually another 2-3 hours, and then never called or communicated with me. Hung up on me. I ended up going rogue and called Fernando Towing. Owner answered and told me a flat fee and they'd be there in 20 min. Understanding of my situation, SUPER nice, and straight to the point. I told him I needed them here by 1pm because the gas station manager was going to tow the car. Fernando towing said no problem! We'll be there before then. Said and done! Immediately relieved the stress I was having. Of course the towing company AAA assigned came 10 min before Fernando Towing did. I said nope sorry - I canceled already, and your people were rude. Also there was no communication on where you guys were so I hired someone else, sorry! Thanks but no thanks! They ended up leaving. I contacted a number of services, but A1 Cycle Towing/Corey was the most complete and thorough service that I contacted. His customer service and flexibility was outstanding. Cory assured me everything would be ok, and managed to surpass all my expectations. They were quick to respond and arrived at the time they said they would. Great and friendly service that really came through in a pinch! I'm a week away from M1 endorsement and needed to get a bike delivered. Corey went above and beyond.
