My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. I called a few places and they told them our situation and they were quoting $600+ plus to tow and drive us back to the Valley. I ended up finding Hawks via Yelp and decided to give them a call. I ended up speaking with a nice individual and he quoted us half the price. They came to our rescue and had to bring a flatbed due to the type of vehicle we had. He drove us all the way from Lynwood to the Valley. So my wife asked the driver hey isn't that kind of irresponsible to show up 7 1/2 hours later to a flat tire service request with no tire jack and his shrugs and shoulders and says oh yeah I guess so . It was extremely evident that this company was accepting the request from AAA, and then getting it in their cue dock to decide they didn't want to come to the economy lot at LAX (which is no where near the downtown traffic at 3 am). AAA literally had to transfer our service request to a reliable company from Whittier over forty five minutes away. Extremely frustrating and beyond disappointing service for a company only 10 miles away.
