Second time using this company. Tony is awesome I had a last minute tow and he got back to me. I like saving triple A for last minute emergencies. He always gives a fair price on towing. He is totally worth it and it's not outrageous. Punctual and reliable. If it's after hours he will make it a point to get back to you. Not too many people as punctual and reliable as him. I'm a life time, full time motorcycle rider who found her bike with a rear flat this morning. YIKES! Tony immediately responded to my call. He was quick to my home in under an hour, took the bike to my mechanic and let me know it was delivered when he got there, he is very professional and has a great motorcycle rig for any size bike, plus his rates are very fair for his prompt service. There's not even a question who I call for my bike to be towed not just down the street I'm talking a hike to pick up and get it home!!!! Tony's the #1 professional. But not only towing. Tony was absolutely amazing! Not only did he show up on time, he treated my ride with the utmost respect (and believe me: it's a rolling tetanus shot, and I say that with love), he delivered it to the address I needed quickly, professionally, and perfectly. Pricing was reasonable - better than I expected, and less than I paid before - and he takes apple pay! I got a flat tire on a weekend when everyone was out riding and motorcycle towing companies were super busy. I let Tony know I might need some assistance if my patch didn't work and I'd call him back. Without asking Tony came to check on me and followed me back to my exit. The patch on my bike held and Tony literally just came to check on me. Wouldn't accept money! Needless to say, when I have a flat tire or need a tow or any of my riding buddies do, Tony is our guy! read more

It's an understatement to say that Tony, Rebecca and the company as a whole are helpful. They are amazing and Tony really did go out of his way to be more than accommodating. My name is Manny Luby and I spent 25 years in the after-market Harley Davidson business running my Company, V-Twin City. A riding bro of mine broke down and called me to help him. I went to the internet and called 3 or 4 tow services, Shortly after calling, Tony's wife, returned my call and immediately quoted me a price. I made the appointment for the next day. Tony Showed up 15 minutes early and in no time had our bike on the truck even though the handle bars were broken off the bike which made the loading much more difficult. What an awesome experience. The response time and immediate pick up was phenomenal. I called multiple other vendors all of those clowns had no flatbeds the rates were unbelievably expensive I hung up on all of them. "Motorcycle Towing Orange County LLC" started in Newport Beach, CA on November 5th, 2019. With one truck and a dream! In 2025 we moved our location to Anaheim,CA and added a second truck to help meet requests. As a rider I was frustrated with flatbed tow trucks and the lack of knowledge dealing with two wheels in the industry. We have since set the gold standard for motorcycle and scooter towing in California.

I believe both the contractor and Toyota Financial should review these business practices and ensure customers are treated fairly. Even though we arrived before 5:00 p.m, they still charged us an after-hours fee. We ended up paying over $540--almost $600 to get our car back, even though it had been there for less than an hour. The charges felt completely unreasonable. To make things even worse, the employee who processed our payment , said this to my friends while she's pulling out her car , "she's not too smart huh " as if he was calling her stupid. That was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. My friend was visibly upset and crying, and instead of showing any compassion, the employee told her that there was "no need to be angry." They showed absolutely no empathy or understanding for the situation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. People don't know what someone else is going through or what their financial situation is. They don't know if those $600 were money you desperately needed for something else or if losing that amount completely throws off your monthly budget. Instead of treating people with kindness and respect during an already stressful situation, they make the experience even worse and treat it like it's something to laugh about.

Morning of pick-up, he arrived and got the motorcycle loaded onto his own specialized truck in no time.
