He was quick with it and honest about it. He even said I could use his quote to get a better deal elsewhere if I didn't want to drive it to him. Then when they went to do the service, they told me they didn't have the right tool to do the transmission flush, and told me to go to a different loation to get it done which is strange to me. i drive a 2015 honda civic. one of the most common cars on the road. Overall, I got done what i had originally intended to get done, but was just a little disappointed I had to figure out my transmission elsewhere. I probably saved some money I guess.

When I returned a few days later because it was not working I was quoted another $2500 to fix what they said was really wrong with it. No offer to refund the $364 I paid because they diagnosed it incorrectly. I left before they could charge me another $40. I'm now without AC and $364. Which might not be big deal but if you are a senior citizen living on a small amount of ss income it just might be a huge deal.

Well folks, look no further, this neighborhood shop has it all! Had a rare issue w/a Honda and dropped a few hundred dollars at two other shops for a diagnosis that no one could figure out. Called these folks who got me in fast and found the problem in half the time for 1/3 of the cost. The owners called me, gave me expert information, options, and factual honesty! They also saved me at least $5k so they're clearly the new family mechanic shop! Seriously ya'll, they don't make mechanics like this anymore and when they do, they're rare. So I go through snap get the loan and with finance charges came to $7000. The repairs were $3800. We take the car to have the work done and he does the rear which we never had even talked about but to cover his butt he told the main office that we talked about the rear and the front and we turned down having the front done just a straight out lie. Do he turned around and deleted out everything and they're not willing to correct the mistake and now I have to save up to get the front done plus pay off a $7000. Loan. When we've been going there for about 15 years but everyone told us to leave Midas alone not a good place. And the main office was no help so I'm talking with a lawyer....
