Calvin, told me and my the sub frame needed changed in the front of our 2014 pathfinder sent pictures when all we did was go for a oil change. So I go through snap get the loan and with finance charges came to $7000. The repairs were $3800. We take the car to have the work done and he does the rear which we never had even talked about but to cover his butt he told the main office that we talked about the rear and the front and we turned down having the front done just a straight out lie. Do he turned around and deleted out everything and they're not willing to correct the mistake and now I have to save up to get the front done plus pay off a $7000. Loan. When we've been going there for about 15 years but everyone told us to leave Midas alone not a good place. And the main office was no help so I'm talking with a lawyer.... read more

First this place has been here since I was a kid (I'm 36 this year)! In all that time I have only heard good things about them all in all. I stopped in today for a free tire repair based on their signage out front. I was very happy to hear it truly was free, as the screw was in a place that allowed for a patch (repair). Even with one tech out for lunch and two other cars in the bays I waited less than 30 min. I will be going back soon for tires as the price I was given today was super reasonable and they are right around the corner from home. I am a customer for life from here on out. Side note: I overheard the issues and quote for another customers repair and with the knowledge I have it was very reasonable for a 4 wheel brake job plus other work. read more

Never, ever go here. I called Nissan Roadside Assistance because my car wouldn't start. The tow truck driver talked me into letting him take my car here. They kept my car for 3 days & called saying they thought it was my fuel pump & their estimate was $2144. I said no & I would have someone pick it up. Well they put it back together & like a Christmas miracle, it started! $90 to have it looked at & I picked it up. It started then, but not the next morning. Ok, I wasn't really surprised. I called Nissan again & the same tow truck driver came to pick it up again. I told him what happened & what Midas' estimate was & he still tried to talk me into letting them do the repairs because the dealer would just screw me & cost so much more. Whatever, i told him. Take it to the dealership. Why did he care so much? And try so hard to let him take it to Midas? The dealer looked at it & they at least agreed it was the fuel pump. Their estimate? $837, including labor. Took them a day & 1/2 to look at it & fix it. They also gave me a rental car. Midas got $90 out of me, but they'll never get another penny. Whatever agreement you have with towing companies is absolutely gross. read more

I will never come to this location again not only did one of your employees crash my car into the wall after getting oil change and took forever to get my car fixed I came in January 9th 2024 to get a oil change and a new filter everything was great until I go to kia dealership and they telling me I need another oil change because I don't have any oil in my car yall be lying to customers and to me for to damn long and I'm over this time I will be pressing charges I wish I can leave no stars behind read more

Would do zero if I could, changed me $1700 to replace struts, after bringing it back because the car drove worse than before. They told me it's not possible. And they did an alignment. When in fact they didn't... I took it to another Midas location for them to tell me they didn't even adjust the struts. Only to take it to my trusted mechanic & be told the struts were never replaced & they still have the original on... SCAMMERS!!! And the GM who spoke to me like I'm an idiot and tried to charge me AGAIN for a suspension check is even more shady!!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Better business bureau is my next call read more

Likes 1. They installed my aftermarket driveshaft 2. They installed it on the day they said they would Dislikes 1. Had to keep the car overnight 2. Couldn't be there during the service 3. Was told about a seal leak that ended up being no big deal 4. A guy who took a video during install made me sound like an idiot If I could've been there with my car, I can wait a couple hours, and wasn't pressured about some bogus leak this would've been a 5 star job. I have brought 2 different cars here 2-3 times each. They have always been upfront about costs. They take the time to break down what needs fixed now and what can wait. They are usually very busy and sometimes it can be a bit of a wait honestly. Sometimes it is better to drop off the car and come back. The first car I brought them needed a lot of exhaust work. The price was fair. Not the lowest pricing, not the highest but competitive with other shops. They were also very honest with how much underbody/frame rust there was combined with age/mileage of car that maybe I would want to consider how much money I wanted to put into it. The car was a 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage and had over 200,000 miles lots of rust and body damage. Another shop could have made more money off me paying for a ton of work and parts, but they were honest. I got a some things fixed drove the car for another year. Took the car I was looking to buy there for an inspection. Because of that inspection I was able to negotiate a much lower price and it is still my current car. Last night hit a pothole and then heard a loud rattling coming from my exhaust. Dropped it off this morning without an appointment and said they would let me know. Few hours later I picked up the car no more rattle. When I asked how much was told no charge at all! Will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone. read more

This location definitely has the Midas touch! With this day and age it is so hard to trust local chains. These people are honest and straight forward. It's not their aim just to get in your pocket. They actually get that, if they give you great service, you will come back. Cody Bachinski is an excellent manager. His people seem to follow his lead. I went for a simple break bleed, I already expected to get all off the additional things I needed done shoved down my throat, but no! They gave me one recommendation about my right front rotor which later was spot on. Many times when you need something simple done when it comes to brakes many business want you to get the whole package done brakes, rotors, pads, calipers, but this location focuses on what you need, they also give excellent service, I also got a ride to my rental car drop off to save me a ton of time. I normally stay away from big chains when it comes to car repairs, but this place truly has the Midas touch. read more

I was very dissatisfied with the service and I will not be returning. At first I was going to make the fix myself. I needed to replace my serpentine belt and belt tensioner. I found a serpentine belt for $26 and a tensioner for $32. They first told me that the belt would cost me $89.99 plus labor. I said that was ridiculous as it would be an upcharge of more than $60. They changed the price to $60, and eventually $35. They didn't or wouldn't adjust the price of any of the other parts which were upcharged over $130 each (belt tensioner and water pump). When I showed them the price discrepancy they compared it to asking McDonalds for a burger for the price of the ingredients. I explained that McDonalds doesn't give a price breakdown that includes labor in a separate category, and the price break down was a quote for the parts at actual cost, and if they needed to include costs for overhead it shouldn't be listed as part prices. It's disingenuous and deceptive. At the end of the day, I ended up paying the enormous cost of $896.14. I simply couldn't afford to be out of a car and didn't have time to do it myself, but I also can't afford this either. I've been going to Midas for years and I'm never going again. Had I done this job myself it would have cost under $100. I'm sure my regular mechanic could have done it for much cheaper, however he is farther out and I needed a tow, so it wasn't an option. They were also a day later then I was originally told, which meant I didn't have my car for another day. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

The service took forever for a routine oil change. I waited for an HOUR when an oil change should only take 20 min tops. The techs seemed to be in no rush to get the job done, which was extremely frustrating. I had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change but I have to say, for an hours wait, I would have paid the full price to just get in and out of there. read more
