We have a membership, so pulling up and driving into the car wash is easy. I took one star off because at least half the time we I've visited the power all turns off while we're going through, it's usually not for long and I don't know what triggers it (a customer pulling in/out wrong? a power surge?) but it freaks me out each time it happens. The car wash does a pretty good job, but sometimes there's some stubborn dirt that needs an extra scrub. Be careful of other cars and pedestrians, this is a busy part of the city.

The attendant said people had been working on the top roller/scrubber in the car wash earlier, then marked my windshield for a "Ceramic" wash. I asked if the roller was fixed; was the car wash going to clean the top of my car this time? They said they hoped so. I went through the car wash and it did not work, it did not wash my hood, roof or trunk. I walked back to the cashier to ask about a refund. The assistant manager was walking over at the same time and told the cashier they were going to have to shut the car wash down while something was repaired. I asked for refund, since they had not done a full car wash and weren't going to be able to since they were shutting down. The Assistant Manager, Brandon, told me they would not give me a refund and that I got what I paid for. I did not get rude, but I did not pay for some of the sides of my care to get washed. Brandon said I got what I paid for and reminded me they even sent me through with the "Ceramic" wash, as though they did me favor by failing to wash my car multiple times. It does not matter how many time my car was sent through, or at what price level, if the car wash is malfunctioning and my car never got washed. Brandon told me to call Quick Quack Customer Service. I did. Customer Service told me they do not do refunds. Customer Service emailed me a voucher. To summarize, my time was wasted at this malfunctioning car wash and the management acted like I was ungrateful because they failed multiple times to wash my car. Customer service wise this should have been easy: there is a mechanical problem with the car wash, sorry, here is your refund.
