There so many wrong with this home builder, it start out with moron forgot to pluming the refrigerator so they have to cut the drywall and redo. Now we have moron that nail the pipe in the basement and it leaking all over( with the dry wall repair) doesn't look like original . With this dumass that install the roof HVAC did not tilt the high enough causing nasty, gowy brown stuff stuck all over the siding vinyl .and continued with the washer and dryer which they place on second floor, shit did,t install right causing water to leak all over the top of garage. Now the dry wall on garage is wet and damage . All this shit continued for the whole semester. Now 3 and haft year latter the rain finally drip through the top of roof top garage floor.
