Their diagnostic inspection showed the entire coolant line/system/water pump needed to be replaced on my 2001 740i Sport. They explained everything in detail that needed to be done, and even showed me where the leaks where coming from. The quote I was given was more then fair...in fact, I was later told the hours put into the job far exceeded the hours quoted (four fold!). I was still given the original quote. The entire team is beyond TOP NOTCH! They also replaced my valve cover gaskets because they were in pretty bad shape, and they only charged me for the parts. Thank you, thank you! Trust me when I say...Angel is the BMW Master Tech you're looking for...he will take excellent care of your bimmer...and KingKoupe will not gouge you senseless like the dealer will. They honestly went above & beyond...and as an added bonus, they posted photos & video footage of their excellent work on Instagram. The waiting area is a clean and comfortable lounge with entertainment. The cost of the diagnostic inspection was discounted from the quote...and their exceptional work is back by a two year warranty. KingKoupe is the only place I will bring my beloved E38 from now on. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who truly cares about their BMW.

I got my car fix for 45% less than the quote JJ gave me. This particular shop has prices way higher than the dealership Field BMW. When I went to get my car back, I told one guy they will be out of business soon and he said No I do not think so we are busy. I wish them the best of luck but when someone acts cokie they would not last long. Again I wish them the best but before you make a decision to leave your car in this shop please take the quote somewhere else and you will get a way better price. Also when you take your vehicle there, with the problem you're bringing the car for, you will come out with 5 other problems lol. My quote came to over $5K and I had to laugh. The same problems the car had were going to be fixed for my car for less than $3K. That's a big difference. Please before leaving your car with JJ, take the quote to another European shop and I will bet you will get a way better price. I am not sure how they are getting a 5 Star review in Google either they are paying someone for those or they are asking their customers to give them a a 5 star review.
