I'm giving this place a one star because I had ordered from this location and I was working a 10 hour shift and when I received my order, my pizza was not even well done when I had specifically asked for that in the message and I paid for pepperoni with an extra topping of bacon turns out that they don't even have bacon at this location, so why would you even offer it online when I called the store as soon as I received my order on break the lady I had spoken to stated that she had written down my name and my number and I could call back and get the pizza credit whenever I would like so when I decided to call today, the manager on duty supposedly said that's only good for a three day credit from the incident. I've never heard that in my entire life everywhere I've ever worked at, and there was an issue with a customer's order. We would always write down the information the number and the order and keep it on record for whenever they would call back to get their order remade so the fact that they're not willing to honor that and I still had to pay for the pizza is a little outrageous considering I've spent $45 not even including the delivery fee, and the tip to only receive the wrong item! I'm pretty sure if they were to order a to go order while working and received the wrong order they would expect nothing less than to have their order remade whenever they gave a call back if they were not able to get it that day!!! read more

Clearly the young girl working didn't know that that's a health hazard, have some common sense.. this fabuloso is not diluted either it's a strong chemical to smell when your trying to eat. 1 star is being very generous--cross contamination is a big issue here. We are new to the area so are looking for a new pizza place that is closer than our previous restaurant that we always ordered from (R. Kidds--they're the BEST). We called and placed an order for 20 wings and a large one topping pizza for carry out. The price was decent, it was just under $40 with tip. When I got home, the first bite of pizza tasted fishy. Just a weird flavor, not good. My SO tried a wing and said it was awful. He immediately said the wings taste like they're cooked in the same oil as fish, so we called them back. Guess what! All their food is cooked with fish. They are the same operators and share the kitchen with the fish and chicken restaurant that appears to be next door.
