I Thank God they came as fast as they did only to locked my propane tank with a Danger Slip, told me my vent was too close to a truss up in the attic and forced me to hire company to raise my water heater off the floor in my garage. But it doesn't stop there, they were charging me $65.00 monthly for a tank rental fee for 2 years until I spoke you a neighbor. Who told me, 'I'm being charged for the same rental $65.00 fee every year. Why are they charging you every month?' After my compliant they stopped, but never refund me. In 2020, when COVID began, Sams Gas started a recurring fee and I paid it for three years. Then I realized I was being charged for services that 'never' took place. As a Latino I leaned toward racism, but decided instead to reach out to the Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi and she put Sams Gas in it's place by forcing them to sell me the rental tank for $1.00. Sams Gas owner with properties in places like Central Florida and off the beachs of on the east coast....gave in and left me with a Toby Keith song title, How Do You Like Now?

Beware: If a Sams Gas "driver" thinks he sees something on your property completely…read moreunrelated to the gas service it's self, they can log a "concern" and refuse servicing your tank. Then hassle you to check into it on their time, 0 appointments or a copy of what was the "concern" and weeks later to that. Also it doesn't matter if it passed inspection, or was installed by another licensed contractor. I guess Sams Gas employs "the top" OSHA experts to drive for them. Just a ridiculous concept.

I wanted to do this because I still had about 20% of propane in the tank but the pressure was too low for my BBQ grill and my stove burners. I parked by the propane tank. It's that phallic looking tank right as you enter the driveway. There's a button to press to ring an attendant. They will refill your tank and you pay with your credit card on the attendant's cell phone. It had a credit card processing app. For two tanks, it cost me $31. It would have cost me $50 at Home Depot. The process was very easy. See my pictures.

The location is off of a two-line road in Kissimmee not far from a railroad track across from a yard that houses shipping containers. You pull up to a small parking lot and and walk up to the gate with your tank. Once you walk into the office, they a call out one of the workers to the gate who then puts the tank on a scale that weights it once then they fill it. They have always carried it back to my car for me as then it is pretty heavy. There rates are on par with the other in the area and I am sure when I need to fill the tanks again, I will return.

Then I called T&D Propane and spoke with Camy. She went out of her way to help. After I sent photos, she personally worked on a solution for me. This morning, two of their men came to my home, thoroughly tested everything, fixed leaks in both the tank and stove, replaced the line, and even dug a hole and set a concrete block so the tank won't rust. They also put a few gallons in the tank so I could cook right away, and they'll return this week to fill it properly - they simply cared and went far above and beyond.
