I've been coming to this shop for a couple of years now and have always had a positive experience. Mohammed is very polite and responsive. This is the only auto repair/tire shop I have ever truly trusted. They have never tried to oversell me on work/parts that I don't need and their pricing has always been very fair. Recently, I regretfully had taken my car into another tire shop for 2 new tires and a brake quote. I only went to this other place because A1 didn't have my tire size in stock. In hindsight I wish it would have just waited for the tires to be ordered. I ended up taking my car to Community Tires in Stockton and it was a horrible experience. Luckily, A1 was able to complete my brake job for me and save me a lot of money. I truly appreciate Mohammed and this shop providing honest and fair service to this community. read more

Worst place to go if you're a woman. I call before getting there and ask for the price of the service i need done i was given a price and when i get there the first man to take my car in starts to look at my tire began to get the tools ready and i ask again about the price just to reassure its the same price i was told over the phone. No this man tried taking advantage and gives me a price higher than what i was told on the phone which was 140 i believe and when i asked the guy in person he said and i quote "i can do it for 190$" and i tell him i called before getting here and i was told a different price. And he gets mad and refuses to change my tire saying "it won't come off, its too tight" but i can already tell he's mad and didn't want to do the job anymore. And when i talk to the person that answered the phone when i called and explained what's going on he just brushed me off and says idk why he gave you that price and walks away. I had to go was definitely not going to do give them my money. They are completely unprofessional and will take advantage of you if you're a girl. read more

Fast, friendly, Honest service is what I received today at A1 Quality Tires for our work Van. We came here at 10am and were out the door by 10:25 as promised he knew we were in a rush to go on a job this morning. Didn't realize how fast they were going to be so we ordered breakfast burritos from the taco truck and our 3 tires install was completed before the breakfast burritos LOL. Watch out these guys are not fair in dealing with customers. I went in with a flat tire for repair and asked for a price to fix the tire. The guy behind the desk said let me see your tire which we then went to my truck bed to retrieve the tire. The guy said sure we can fix that and took the tire and removed the run from the tread and patched the tire then said okay 15 bucks. I asked him why he didn't quote me the repair and he said it was just faster to fix it and he could put it back on my truck if I wanted. read more
