I went here to get a used tire- while their service was efficient and the used tires were in pretty good shape; they broke my tpms sensor , glued it back together and never mentioned it to me! Me and my husband had a flat tire today and we called many shops that didn't have the tire we needed, we ended up getting in contact with Phil's Auto & Fleet repair and they helped us find TTW customs.. and we are so happy that they did. This is a very honest business that cares about the customer, we originally wanted to buy a used tire, but they informed us that we have run-flat tires (you can drive flat on them for a while).. and they fixed it for us instead of charging us to replace it. We really appreciate them taking us last minute and they fixed our tire really quickly! We called first to get a quote on mounting and balancing the tires we supplied. They were a reasonable price, and very friendly. I did a leveling kit, rotors, bearings, lug, nuts, and brake pads he only did the bearings and leveling and didn't put on the new rotors or lug nuts an I juts seen my brake caliber are lose as well charge me 2K an only got 1k of the work done scan me out of $1000 an on top of that called him and he tried to say it was all new and one of my Lugnuts spin and won't tighten read more

I was out of town on business and my two front tires were about as bald as Mr. Cleans head. Luckily, I found a set of new take off tires for an incredible price from a private party in Lodi. I called around Lodi to see who could install the tires for me at a reasonable price. I called TTW Customs and Franqui quoted me a fair price and said that he could get us right in. Upon arriving, we were immediately told to pull in the installation bay. They had my tires installed, balanced, and had me out the door faster than Domino's pizza delivery claims of 30 minutes. Everyone was super friendly. We could not have been happier. I read some bad reviews for this place and I do not understand those low ratings at all. TTW were not selling me tires, just installing a new set that I provided to them, and they treated me like gold. Other local tire places I called for installation that day were not nice to me and did not want my business. Franqui, TTW's owner, was professional, personable, had fair pricing, and welcomed my business even though I was not purchasing tires from him. This is the type of family business I will always support. If I lived in the Lodi area and needed new or used tires, I would definitely come back here. I highly recommend TTW Customs. read more

Came here same day for tire replacement. I purchased my tire elsewhere and came to TTW customs to have them swap out my new tire for my donut and balance and rotate tire. If I had a chance to give 0 stars I would. This business will only be nice to you when they want your money. After that they don't care about you once you give them your money. I bought the tires and wheels with level kit package and I was told I would get an alignment too. After I pick up my truck I found out the truck needed an alignment. The owner kept saying to bring it in and he will have Someone else do the alignment. It never happened because he kept ignoring my calls. I decided to go to the shop and see how I can get the alignment. When he saw me he got irritated and it made me feel like I'm bugging these people. If I paid a lot of money for rims and tires I expect to get the results I would be happy with. I would look somewhere else if you're looking for rims and tires to upgrade your vehicle. read more

I had been going here for years until now. I went there over a week ago to get new wheels and tires for my Camry and Frank the owner of the shop helped me like usual and placed my order and said everything would be in the next day. I told him I would have to come in on Friday, the day after and he said no problem. I came back Friday to do the install and one of the wheels was used, not new like the other 3, honestly, I didn't really notice due to the wheels being matte black. Frank insisted on getting me a replacement wheel and that he was going to take care of it. I said ok. He told me that it'd be in next Wednesday and to come in and they'll switch it out with the used wheel and I said ok. 5 days later, on Wednesday I go back to the shop in the afternoon and I speak to Frank and he said that the wheel hadn't come in yet and that he was going to call the warehouse. He said that I'd be in later that day and that he was going to call me and let me know when it comes in. I said ok. Thursday went by and I still didn't hear anything from him and so I decided to go there since I had to run to Lodi anyway. When I got there, i walked up to his desk in his showroom and start talking to him after he finished with another customer, his response to me was as if I was annoying him by even coming in there. He told me with an attitude and sarcasm that he was going to call me when it came in and then repeated that again as if I was a child. I walked out stunned because, Frank was the one who insisted on doing this and yet he's giving me an attitude which I never gave him whatsoever at all just because I came in to follow up with him since I never got a call back at least telling me that the wheel hadn't come in and that he was working on resolving it. Instead a unneeded attitude and sarcasm. The next day, I didn't even bother trying to go there because I was already upset at how he spoke to me so I had my phone with me all day just in case he'd magically call me and of course, no call. Monday came around, almost 2 weeks now and I was having other work done to my car and figured I'd go by there in the afternoon. I went by there after 4pm and at first, Frank wasn't there. David who's always been very friendly and helpful told me that he stepped out. He didn't know when he was coming back. David told me the wheel was there and to wait and after they were finished with another customers truck, that they'd take care of me, finally. The owner, Frank arrived 5 minutes after I spoke to David and I immediately walked to him and said in a nice way, "I thought that you were going to call me back?" His response was several excuses including something about his taxes. Not once did he apologize or say anything to show that he really cared. All he said in the end was to wait and they'll be right with me. I walk back to my car and get in it because it was raining and I moved my car slightly so that I wasn't blocking the entrance, I'm sitting in my car for over 20 minutes and the installers finish the truck and the customer leaves and then another truck pulls in just in front of me and immediately, Frank walks up to the owner and talks to him and the installers are all taking a break, knowing that I'm waiting there, that I've been waiting for a week now. I decided to just leave. I could have gotten out of my car and said something, but I'm a better person than that so I left and I'll never go back there ever again. To me as a owner of a business, if you're going to tell your customer that you will call them about something, you stand by what you say. In addition you don't give your customer and attitude because they're coming in and trying to follow up with something that you were supposed to follow up with them in the first place. If I was the owner of that business, and I knew that one of my customers had been waiting that long for that wheel, I would have made sure that they were taken care of immediately especially the fact that they had been waiting for a week. Don't waste your time going here because the owner will not follow up with you at all. His word is meaningless. read more

I went there by good reference from people I know. Had to wait over 4 hours for tires and wheels. I left and surely noticed shaking and bouncing that I never had before. Took to a place that was alot closer then 40 minutes and was told the tires were not rounded andthey couldn't be balanced. Went back to these guys the same day. They re balanced and I drove home with the same problem. Called and talked with the sister and she said to come back the next day and that she would talk with owner and let everyone know what was going on. I returned a few days later at the time she said to and she was 1/2 hour late and the others had no idea what was up, so I waited again for her. The owner ordered new tires all around. Waited another 2 hours before it was done. Drove better and I'm satisfied now. My opinion... great people that seem to make you happy in the end, good prices, but, very dis organized, no communication and forget about you, not to mention having to wait forever. read more
