Always switching up the prices. I think it's because I'm a girl because the guys in the comments are happy with this place. The workers are rude for starters, 2 they replaced something on my car without asking me and had me pay for it ??? Some days they say the tires are 40, then 50, and 60. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was shopping around for tires and called this place to get a quote for four. The guy gave me a price, and my boyfriend even called the next day to confirm--it was the same. So far, so good. About a week and a half later, I called again to see if they still had the tires in stock. The guy told me he had already sold them, but said he could still get them for me if I came that day. I said I'd come the next day instead, but I just wanted to confirm (again!) that the price he gave me was still the full, out-the-door price. Instead of being clear, he laughed at me for asking--like I was dumb for double-checking. Totally unprofessional and rude. Then the next day, I call to let him know I'm on my way, and he suddenly has no idea what I'm talking about. He literally laughed again and said, "I don't know who told you that." I reminded him that he gave me that price three times--and his response? "No I didn't. Nobody told you that." So now I'm being called a liar? To top it all off, he jacks up the price by $500 more than what he originally quoted. After all that back-and-forth, he completely changed the price and acted like the previous conversations never happened. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with basic professionalism and respect. This place clearly doesn't care about customer service, honesty, or accountability. read more

The customer service is horrible. I've been going here for over a year. I had an issue with my rim not only did he take it to a different location to get it fixed after I paid him my cash! after taking it to get fixed , I still had numerous issues with my rim. When I talked to other mechanics, they told me he should have just replaced it instead of trying to fixing it. I called and mentioned it and he went off and told me I'm not getting a refund. After 4 months of "new tires " my car starts shaking after 60miles and apparently the rubber on the tires is starting to separate from the metal. I went to 3 reputable auto shops that said even if the tires were used, they shouldn't look like that or have made my car shake. I don't know much about cars however 3 shops unanimously said, this place is selling horrible tires. Might have just been my experience but you've been warned. read more

I've gotten tired from them before but for some reason the last time I got my front passenger tire replaced they screwed up. I caught a flat on 580 going to Livermore and needed to change my tire to my spare. Two companies came to try to change my tire and couldn't because these people tightened my lug nuts so tight they wouldn't come off so I had to get my car towed. Then I went to americas tire and they told me the same that they would have to hammer the wheel lock off because of how tight the previous person did it so now I have to buy a new wheel lock. I am now out of $180 for the first company that had to come try to change the tire then $175 for the tow to get back in town to a tire place, then $131 dollars for the tire and installation at Americas Tire. And today I went by the shop to tell the guy about what happened with my tire and he told me that it wasn't their fault and what did I want him to do and that oh yeah I should've called them and they could've helped. Helped how if I was stranded on 580 at 630am near Livermore? I will never purchase a tire from them again. read more

Disappointed, they sold me a patched up tier that was leaking, I left after buying 4 new tiers from them and one of them had a leak and they knew because when I went to americas tiers they told me whoever sold me the tiers had previously patched it up and that's why it was leaking, shady business, very disappointed. read more

I watched the guy show up this morning That was supposedly supposed to sell me Four tires mount them, and do an alignment. The first thing he did was get into a car and get something from someone and put it in his pocket when I saw him 10 minutes later, he was on some hard stuff. Even got in a vehicle across the street acting strange and started a fight with someone in the vehicle in front of him. I'm not sure what this place is, but it's definitely not professional.
