I've used Oxi Fresh Carpet consistently for the past 11+ years. They have gotten multiple pet stains (blood, etc.) out of light colored carpet several times. There has not been a stain they couldn't get out. They've also done a great job cleaning my couch, chairs, mattress and cat tower! The owner, Troy, and Nick are great. They are reasonably priced too. We had Nick from the Parker office out recently. He did two floors of our home and we were extremely pleased with the results. We had some stains, specifically in the basement, that were long standing and that I had tried before to remove without success. Somehow he got them out. I had to have my carpets cleaned as a part of my move out requirements after renting. I forgot to schedule anyone to come out to clean. I called Oxi Fresh at noon and explained I had to have the carpets cleaned by the next day. They sent the owner out that night! They woman that answered the phone and the owner who came out to clean were very friendly and professional. The cleaning was quick and didn't need more than hour dry time. This was my first time using OxiFresh and I regret it. I wish there was a better way to say any of this, but here it goes... 1. The technician was great and I have ZERO complaints about him. 2. Our carpets **appeared** to be clean after the first pass at which time the technician noted a strong urine odor and recommended that we use the deodorizer that would cost an extra $35 an area. 3. We woke up in the middle of the night to a VERY strong odor of dog urine throughout the entire house, in rooms where our dogs had never been. 4. In the specific areas where the urine smell was the highest, I used our home carpet cleaner and pulled a ridiculous amount of dirt out of the carpet less than 24 hours after OxiFresh "cleaning" our carpets. (see photos) 5. After reaching out to the owner, Troy, he was very short and lacked empathy for what we experienced. He also proceeded to tell us that we should expect to pull that amount of dirt out of the carpet. This makes no sense since we just paid for our carpets to be cleaned. 6. Troy offered a $70 refund for the $326.00 service which is laughable. I'm very frustrated with this service and would never use OxiFresh again. read more

Troy did a great job cleaning the carpets in our new place, and Nick did an amazing job about a month later with our GIANT sectional couch. The previous homeowners had four (!) dogs, and while the place looked clean, there was an unmistakable dog/pee smell lingering throughout the house. Our giant microfiber couch was probably a couple years overdue for a regular cleaning, so Nick had his work cut out for him. About four days after Troy came in and did his Oxi Fresh thing, our place smells fresh, and the only dog smells are from our own pups that have since moved in. The carpets are super clean, and I really feel like Troy earned every dollar that we spent on the cleaning (around $300-ish for a pretty large house). He worked really hard and spent extra time to take care of any spots that he could tell were popular pee spots. Since we did a pretty deep clean, it took about 30 hours for our carpet to dry after the treatment. Troy did successfully upsell me on an extra carpet deodorizer due to our dog smell situation, but that was the right move for our place. He went crazy with it the first day he came in, and he said if we still had some stank two days later, he'd come back and do another round for free. And that's exactly what he did. That second round REALLY smelled somewhere between baby powder and AXE body wash, but I think it was ultimately what we really needed to get our place smelling fresh. How well did the Oxi Fresh cleaning take out the stank and clean our stuff? We have two male dogs ourselves and after moving into a house that had 4 dogs that apparently peed on the regular throughout the house, our dogs haven't yet peed in the house. That's nothing short of a miracle. Our couch is back to its normal clean self, and it softened up as Nick said it would after all the cleaning products had dried. Troy and Nick both did a great job, and it was cool to see how much work they put in for a thorough cleaning. We have our own carpet cleaner machine, and there's no question that the Oxi Clean treatment was worth it for our place. I'm sure we'll do it again sometime soon! read more

9/25 Nick was great. We purchased a home and had the carpets cleaned a few days before we moved in. Cleaned on the 5th moved in on the 9th. That was 3 days without walking on it. Last week as the boxes were diminishing we noticed the stains were coming back. Now 20 days later the stains and odor are back like it was never cleaned. And to think we just pulled the plastic carpet protector from moving up on Sunday. I called Oxi fresh and they told me that this vendor has only a 7 day warranty. I won't be using this product again. Had higher expectation from what was advertised and other reviews. Update 9/27- Troy's location has excellent customer service and as others have stated Nick is great he is professional and friendly. He came back out yesterday day and hit the spots again. Like the first time he cleaned it, it looks good right now. This isn't my first house or carpet cleaning service. This time around I couldn't get the logistics worked out with my usual cleaning company. I had contractors coming and going then the city replaced the water main and repaved the road giving us night before notices of street closures. I had to cancel and reschedule several times. I just couldn't get the carpet cleaning done before the move with my usual guy. That's how I ended up with Oxi fresh. I'm very happy with the customer service. I'm not sure about this product. We stayed off the carpet for 3 days last time. We put moving plastic down on the lower lever the morning of the 4th day and none upstairs. Both areas had "wick back". The plastic is an independent variable that has no impact on the results as both areas produced wick back. We shall see. read more

We purchased a house where the previous occupants smoked inside. Now, we realized that this is probably impossible to remove this from all surfaces and materials, but the customer service agent that booked the service told me that they could apply something to the carpet that they would then remove the tobacco residue from the carpet. They apparently do not use a vacuum, so no removal is really achievable. The guy showed up with a brushing machine and a spray jug. said that they spray and brush the carpet, then he added on more charges because of room size. I had given the customer service rep the dimensions of all of the rooms in advance. Felt like it ended up as a waste of time and money because the customer service rep that took my call might not have understood the process that they do to deodorize the carpet. With all the carpet cleaning choices there are, it can be overwhelming when trying to make a good choice. We have always opted for the truck mounted steam cleaning method, but due to our carpets souring last time, I decided to give OxiFresh a try. Our tech, Nick (who arrived early, after a courtesy call) put in a good two hours for 6 rooms, hall, and stairs. The price was very reasonable and the results were amazing. We had horrible dog urine smell in our basement which disappeared after treatment. Additionally, he detangled the carpets (already 7 years old) until they looked like new. I did not have high expectations because I understand carpet and dirt and not everything can be cleaned, and some things go to the subfloor and can't come out. I definitely do NOT recommend this company and if you have any pet stains/odors FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!! I can't help but cry.... I paid over $300 to have my carpets (2 rooms, a hallway and the stairs) cleaned because we were trying to get the pet odor out of the carpet and now my entire house smells. It's worse than it was before they came!! I pet sat for a friend and their dog peed in a few places and it made my dogs start to pee. We always clean up their "messes" so our carpets aren't stained but you can smell the urine if you lay on the floor. But now.... as soon as you walk in the house you can smell it instantly!! I typically use coit but I wanted to try something new and the reviews were all great. But idk. Now I'm full of regret, my house stinks and I don't have money to re-do it. Also. I had my carpets done at 10am and it is now 10pm and they're still pretty wet in most areas. Oh and the person rolled up in their personal vehicle, not the marked van that they show on the website. That alone threw me for a loop.... I wish I would have spent the extra $50-$100 and gone with Coit. The guy that came was nice enough but I'm so disappointed in the whole experience. read more

We adopted a rescue dog that struggled to adapt and "watered" several areas of our house. We called oxifresh with a coupon and opted to have enzymes applied to battle the pet odor. The enzymes cost mire than the advertised price but are worth every penny. So I've had our carpets cleaned now by 3 other companies. This one is the best. They dried immediately, no allergies after, great price, stains stayed gone (sometimes they resurface). Very friendly, educated technician, great call hours (we had a late evening chocolate coffee incident and I wanted two room service the next morning). That combo is notoriously hard to remove. The Techn tried to get it out without needing extra spot treatment (extra cost to my web deal)and it worked! It also helped that I left a damp towel on the stain overnight I think. We have had a number of companies clean our carpets - big name and others - We have been disappointed with every obe of them and the carpets were just soaking wet, house was humid and couldn't put any furniture back for over a day. With Oxy Fresh - totally different story!!! We have never had a better job - carpets are cleaner and some rooms were dry before Randy left. We were able to put all the furniture back within hours - no wet - no humidity - no odor - what a difference - night and day difference!!
