I decided to go with all in 1 remodeling after a few proposals for a re-roof. Oren was sent out to provide an estimate. All in 1 Remodeling came in the middle of all proposals for my project. During our discussion Oren was polite, respectful and non-pressuring. During the process, the contract was pretty straightforward and Oren was able to answer all my questions regarding the project and any concerns I had. Oren made himself available throughout the project as well. About 1-3 days later, the roofers came out and started removing the old shingles. During the process of removal, additional damage was found. Oren made me aware and that he would send out a framer to review the damage. After the evaluation was completed, 80% of the roof had to be replaced which included rafters Due to damage. A new contract was signed for the rafter work. Oren was very understanding and reassured me that everything would be ok. Framers started the process of removing the plywood/rafters. Unfortunately, during this time, a sudden thunderstorm started and water got inside the kitchen and living room. Framers started to cover the house as quickly as possible. Although water got in, no real damage was done as the walls remained dry. The project was slightly delayed due to weather. After that, the roof went up quickly and roofer came back and finished putting the shingles back up. Furthermore, I also got the pleasure to meet D. D came by to check on the project and provide updates And collect various paperwork. Overall, D is very polite, respectful and flexible in working with my busy schedule. Overall, framers and roofers were very polite and respectful And cleaned up after themselves. For now, I've given a "good" vs "excellent" rating as I am waiting for a rainy day to see if any issues arise and how the process goes if issues do arise. Lastly, one great benefit I found with All in One Remodeling was that they provided options to finance the project if needed or interested. whereas everyone else did not. Overall, I found it easy to work with Oren. I look forward to working with him in future projects That being more value to my house. read more

I would go to court for all the scamming that your workers are doing, but tbh it is a wait of my time and seeing the way you guys work I have no desire to do so. I don't recommend using this contractor. The job was overpriced, lengthy, had terrible communication throughout the job, excuses, and poor craftsmanship. The person who first approached me to give me a quote was named Oren. He seemed nice enough in person but definitely did not keep up with communication with me as time went on. He sent a couple guys to do demolition of my bathroom the day after I signed and agreed to move forward with construction but absolutely no work proceeded to occur until 2 months later, leaving my bathroom without a shower and leaving exposed studs in my shower the entire time. Excuses of city inspectors and the fires occurring approximately 70miles from my home halted the project for about 2 months. During that time I reached out to Oren 3 or 4 times without progress made until much later. Even when progress was in sight after inspections were scheduled Oren gave me and my wife wrong dates and times multiple times. Some were in regard to construction workers allegedly going to arrive and work on my bathroom, others were inspection times and dates. I have a wife and 4 children at home with a full schedule and to have them staying home for no apparent reason and canceling appointments and activities since workers did not arrive or arrived at a much later time made the project not worth it to me in hindsight and I wish I would have not done the project with all in 1 remodeling. The company also most likely uses illegal alien labor since one guy was deported during the final stages of the job. The construction I would say had poor craftsmanship overall since I had to request insulation being put in the wall instead of them knowing that beforehand and just doing it. I had to keep an eye on the work even after the job was supposedly completed too since they didn't even seal the water fixtures against the tile. The inspector during his final inspection missed that fact and the guy who came to my house from all in 1 remodel named Dee. (Different guy not Oren) I must say that the construction workers were nice to me and my family. Were neat once in my home, and didn't make a mess. I had to contact the worker directly to get the bathroom sealed once the project was almost complete because the contractor had up this point no credibility with what he says. Three or four times gave wrong times and assurances about work so I got the workers number and contacted him directly which was great because he came right away. Normally I wouldn't be this thorough or care to do a review but since the most communication I've had with this company is Dee asking at this point 4 times about this review I'm glad to do it. Once again I don't recommend this company and if at all possible find another contractor who will take care of your home and do the job in a timely manner. read more

I recently had over 130k worth of work done on my home and while I can say honestly that everything looks nice one of the jobs I had done had several unnecessary issues however every issue that occurred was eventually fixed . When I did bring up an issue I will say that an honest effort was given to correct the issue. However I feel that most of these issues could of and should of never occurred. All in 1 Remodeling did work on our roof, central air ducts, driveway pavers, windows, front door and added a vinyl gate. All work was done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up behind themselves, replaced blinds and their workmanship is very professional and neat. They started early and were focused until they were finished. The new windows cuts down on external noise and look very nice not to mention energy efficient. We are very happy with all of the work and would recommend to anyone needing work done. They falsely pushed a government program which turned out to be a personal loan. Then they asked me to sign a document to give up my right to cancel and adding 50% penalty if I did cancel. They broke my concrete immediately after signing before getting HOA approval or a city permit, the guy said there was miscommunication with his crew so they stopped work after destroying my front steps. After 4 months of waiting for them to start work they tried to increase the price $3k and since I couldn't afford it they just walked away and left my front yard with broken concrete. There's several complaints about them on other social media sites PLEASE look them up before signing anything with them, it's BAD!! read more

The representative and the staff of all in one remodeling company are easy to work with they work with you through financing. They work with you through the process of your remodeling needs are. My wife and I needed our house painted and stucco and our front yard was a mess. The contractors were not pushy. My mom was called to contact me to remove my detailed and negative initial review and I was offered $300 if I do. I did remove the review. But I am not expecting any pay and I will not accept any. Look, this was our unique experience with the company. It was bad. The marketing guy was real pushy and very high pressure and stayed for hours and wanted my mom to waive her right to a three day cancellation right. (Buyer's remorse). He was not going to walk away without a signed contract to do the work and a deposit. Which he got. He had a fancy folder with all the paperwork to sign. We didn't go through with the project. We started and had to halt it after 2 hours. Maybe the company does some good work. They have plenty of 5 star reviews here. So don't just go by mine. But if their company paid as much attention to the actual project instead of Yelp reviews and marketing, they might actually end up doing some decent work. By the way, the person assessing the project to be done to the home is not a contractor or handyman. They are a salesperson. They have no idea what they are pricing. There are no estimated charges for their bid, no material or labor costs broken up with some sort of a timeline as to what is to be completed and when. It is just a figure pulled out of thin air. Literally. The price tag. And a very high one. When my mom said it was high, the marketing consultant told her that they usually handle much bigger jobs. Well, if this job is too small, then leave us alone and walk out please. Don't stay in the house for over 3 hours wasting everyone's time. It took a negative review to have someone drive over to my mom's house and hand her back the uncashed deposit check. Wow. By the way, I should add that after reading many updated reviews of this company here, the updated and 'upstarred' reviews were from customers who were offered a financial incentive to either remove their reviews or up the stars. We had a patio installed a few weeks ago and the workmanship is horrible multiple cracks throughout almost the whole thing. Then we paid an astronomical price for it in comparison to other companies too. The salesman was pushy and didn't deliver what he said would happen in the timeframe promised, he didn't listen to our plans either about putting a pool in the future.
